Unacceptable. Takeout takes forever, but what truly stands out is the shocking attitude of the staff. Disrespectful, condescending, & openly mistreating both customers & delivery drivers. A place that treats people like this doesn't deserve business.
Update: St-Hubert reached out to me & offered compensation. All is well that ends well. - We often order St-Hubert with the kids but this time was horrible. Ordered on a Thursday. Delivery on the app said 45 minutes. After 1h15 minutes I called customer service because it said our order was on the way for the last 30 minutes (we are 10 mins away from the restaurant). They apologized but said they were short on delivery people & that they would be at our place in the next 10 minutes. No offer to credit anything. We received our order 1h45 after we placed it. The delivery guy almost gave me the wrong order & in the end, food was super cold. Very disappointed they did not warn us of delays & then did not offer any compensation for extra long wait. I will think again next time I wish to order from there.
Honestly this was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had in a while.
We made a reservation for 15 people, so they knew exactly how many guests were coming, but it felt like they were completely unprepared. It took about 30 minutes just to get drinks, & the service never really improved from there. The restaurant wasn't even busy (maybe 3/4 other tables), yet we were there for over 2.5 hours & constantly felt forgotten. At one point, we literally had to get up & go to the front ourselves just to try to pay & leave. The whole time, the atmosphere felt off, like we were bothering the staff just by being there.
Some people in our group actually had to leave early because the service was so slow, which says everything. Three hours for a lunch is just ridiculous. In all honesty, the prices are way too high for the level of food & service. it really feels like they're overpricing themselves for what they offer.
This was our last time giving this place a chance. St-Hubert is officially crossed off. Adiós, arrivederci, sayonara, au revoir, etc.
Very disappointed in the quality of service & food. Dining in is a hit or a miss with the servers, (often ignoring us or forgetting what we've ordered . The tables are sticky & sometimes not clean , Take out is awful.. food is often cold & we've had missing items in our order . Maybe other St Hubert's are nice . The one on St Charles in Kirkland needs help !
I went there with my family for the $5 for kids special during the spring break & before that I called to ask about the modalities of bringing my family over. She told me that it's happening until 9pm so we arrived around 6:30pm only to find out that there is no space for me & my family of 6. First of all the lady at reception didn't know about any special, but also she claimed there was no space for us. So she told me that there is only space for reservations & since I didn't do any, there was no space for me. Seriously! Like it was too hard for her to tell me over the phone that I needed to make a reservation? Just imagine carrying a family of 6 including a toddler, after telling them they we are going to eat out, only to have to turn around because there is no space. We are going somewhere else & I don't think I will come back there. Very poor service I would say!
