A nice restaurant in the hotel downtown. Our server was lovely & did a great job. Unfortunately, although the food looked great, the taste was quite disappointing.
Nous allons régulièrement bruncher au Roselys le dimanche matin. Nous sommes amateurs de bonne cuisine, & cet endroit est l'un de nos préférés. Si vous n'y êtes jamais allé, attendez-vous à une expérience exceptionnelle ! Chaque bouchée est un délice, & le service est incroyable !!!

Ok it's a hotel restaurant. So the vibe is hotel. The price is on the high end but the food is fresh & tasty. The staff are friendly & prompt. Good breakfast buffet & options if you are staying at the fairmont.
On est aller manger a deux & voici mon avis général: 1. Boissons très banales beaucoup trop chère pour ce que s'est. 18$ 2.l'entrée c'était une baguette du supermarché froid & sec. 12$ 3. On a pris des raviolis le goût était au rendez-vous, mais la quantité est vraiment peu j'ai eu 12 morceaux dans mon assiette 😂. La présentation était vraiment bien.39$ 4. Desserts terrible, la quantité & le goût n'étaient pas au rendez-vous a déconseiller. 15$.
Restaurant donnant un vibe vivant avec des hauts plafonds & beaucoup de luminosité, avec un bar. Excellent Service & bien attentionné. La bouffe était vraiment bonne
Food was oddly not satisfying, the best thing we had was their bread. The food might look good at first glance but most of them had weird flavour profiles that I did not enjoy. Service was also mediocre for a Fairmont restaurant.

While this was my first time at Roselys for dinner it was my third time back. Still smitten with the food, presentation, service & staff. Our server Bernard was personable, down to earth, but professional & an absolute delight! His preparation & presentation of the beef tartare was a real treat. We look forward to our next visit.

Les plats étaient incroyables, bien cuisiné vraiment goûteux ! Les serveurs étaient très agréable & l'ambiance était magnifique. J'ai bien aimé mon entrée & mon plat, fait avec des légumes frais & du poisson de qualité !☺️
Great place. The food is very yummy. I went during the day for lunch. It was packed with business lunches. Food choices of food, drinks & dessert. We reserved a table ahead time still had to wait to be seated. It was busy for a Tuesday. I believe it is always busy during lunch time.
3e déjeuner/ brunch ici, troisième excellente expérience! Seul gros bémol, le bacon. Mettez-en moins, mais de meilleur qualité. Le goût est okay, mais on dirait du bon prez-cuit pres en 10secondes au micro-onde acheté à l'épicerie. Pour 8$ l'extra bacon, je pense que tout le monde aimerait mieux Qualité over Quantité. Je m'en sens presque insulté de payé ce prix... Les crêpes françaises, un absolu plaisir en bouche !! Les viennoiseries délicieuses! Le service aussi est extra! Même le café filtre est de haute qualité, y fait du bien!! J'ai déjà hâte à ma prochaine visite :)
