Went for the buffet on a Sunday afternoon. The food presentation, the staff & the atmosphere is amazing. My only comment is the lack of vegetarian food. It's unfair for a vegetarian to pay full price at the buffet for basically salad, pasta & cold pizza. It's 2026, I would have thought a top tier $100 buffet would have more options with tofu, lentils, different types of pasta etc. Besides the lack of options for vegetarian, it was great.

Good location & run by an amazing team. Different menus available.
Afternoon Tea (Saturday), Seafood & Jazz (Friday), & Brunch Buffet (Sunday) is available.
Had dinner here during my stay at the Fairmont & it was good but not amazing. The Icelandic Cod was my favorite because the kohlrabi milk foam was very tasty & unique. But for $55, it seemed a bit overpriced. Their breakfast buffet, however, was much better because it included a made-to-order omelet station. I don't know how much it is normally, but it was included in my hotel stay.

For the price of Sunday buffet ($88), I was expecting more than just salmon & tuna sashimi. There were also other food choices but mostly carb loaded (pizza, crepes, sushi roles, etc.)
The coffee was mediocre to say the best- orange juice is store bought (correct me if I'm wrong- but it's definitely not freshly pressed).
The service is arrogant & busy- overall it was disappointing.
First time trying the Breakfast Buffet on a weekend. It was busy & had to wait a bit. It's worth the wait. The restaurant has a warm & inviting atmosphere. Lots of food choices but my fave was the Eggs Benedict. The breakfast was perfect & will definitely come back ❤?❤?

Came here for a late brunch they still had a great breakfast menu despite it being it being close to 11. Food was food but one of the items we ordered didn't come out until we'd finished our meal despite the restaurant being empty. Would come from the breakfast buffet next time.
For a buffet, everything was good. I liked the idea of ??grilling your own steak. The food was delicious, suitable for all tastes, & all dishes were served in abundance.
We went for the big Sunday Brunch to celebrate a birthday. We found street parking that was free until 1pm (Bonus!). When we arrived in the reception area, everyone that reserved for the seating was waiting to enter. Service was friendly & efficient. Food was good. Tasty, fresh & well prepared. 4* for very good overall experience. There could be more variety. Salad selection was very basic. Nothing special was prepared. Carvery was very good. Generally clean - I had to wipe down some of the cutlery due to water stains/other marks. The server that seated us made a point to wipe down the banquette seating for us as it was overlooked in prep for our seating. To be 5*, more orderly waiting area with someone to direct traffic. All seating & tables, cutlery must all be clean upon arrival. If something is offered, ie salad station, make an effort to offer something special/extraordinary. As a seasoned traveller, this was an average buffet brunch for the price. I do recommend to go because it is a pleasant experience.
Ok it's a hotel restaurant. So the vibe is hotel. The price is on the high end but the food is fresh & tasty. The staff are friendly & prompt. Good breakfast buffet & options if you are staying at the fairmont.
In this economy, a $85 buffet better stand toe to toe with a Vegas style; otherwise what is the point?! Sorry to disappoint the girlies, but Rosélys falls short of its price tag. The free/included mimosa is cool & all, but they should be unlimited if you ask me, because the food options are mid. On the other hand, the Montreal Casino's buffett has a more interesting offering at a fraction of the price.
