I had the Argentina Shrimp. Shrimp served in wonton topped with citrus salad & a great cracker. For dessert the creme brulèe was icing on top for a fabulous dinner experience.
Menu exceptionnel ! J'aurais voulu goûter à tout. Le service est impeccable. & bien sûr, un ravissement pour les fins palais, de l'entrée au dessert. Le Chef sait raiment ce qu'il fait ! Un incontournable à Montréal
Une excellente expérience gastronomique! Belle ambiance, & service impeccable. Notre serveur était excellent : professionnel, chaleureux & très attentionné tout au long de la soirée. En entrée, nous avons partagé la planche de fromages & charcuteries du Québec, accompagnée de confiture maison & de croûtons, un très beau début de repas. Le contre-filet Wagyu était exceptionnel. Pour terminer, nous avons savouré le dessert mandarine & sarrasin ainsi que la crème brûlée, tous deux délicieux. Ça veux vraiment la peine!

We had a wonderful evening at Rosélys in downtown Montreal. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, & delicious food. The 6oz Wagyu Striploin was the standout dish of the night, & the Mandarin & Buckwheat dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. We'll definitely be back!
Nous avons profité d'un repas 4 services avec 2 entrées au choix, un plat principal & un dessert le toit accompagné d'une bouteille de vin. Soupe à l'oignon délicieuse, pieuvre grillée exceptionnelle, morue délicieuse & burger extraordinaire. La serveuse Sarah a été extraordinaire.
I had the worse experiece of a dining service in this restaurant. The reception forgot about jotting down our names just after 2 minutes & asked if we have reservstion for second time! &… the waiter was the worse one I have ever seen!! Extremely rude! He ignored us for 20 min & did not bring water! When we wanted to place our order, he pretend that he could not hear what we were saying & make a strange face like he do a favor to take our order! Also the night was a birthday night for one of us & after we had our birthday dessert, in the middle of singing happy birthday, he threw bills on the table!!! Not jocking! Threw them! Worse experience ever! + the food is over priced!
Well... we dine out often & at many levels of sophistication & also of ease & fun! We arrived for my birthday celebration. I had looked through AI & the restaurant was highly recommended. We we excited for our experience. It started out nicely, waited spoke to us, shared his favorites, however it took a turn when he took my husbands order only & I was calling to him my appetizer order as he was walking away. All guests orders should be taken before the waiter leaves. Later moving forward some of the food came out, he told me the veggie dish I ordered was a beef dish. He then later returned with the veggies & then later 10 mins he came back with the cold dish he had taken & served it to my husband. I understand if the restaurant is busy but it was slow on a Tuesday evening. Anyways we would have ordered coffees etc but we sat for 20 mins with no attention. They brought out my husband's dessert from his prix fix menu & no birthday celebration was brought out. Sooooo disappointing after we specifically called & shared we were coming in to celebrate. The food was lovely but the service was poor. If you were treated correctly I would recommend this restaurant.
We had an incredible dining experience at Rosélys! We made our reservation same-day & the staff was still able to accommodate us seamlessly. From start to finish, everything felt like fine dining at its best; elegant, intentional, & flavorful.
We opted for the Carte Blanche 5-course experience with wine pairings, & it was absolutely worth it. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared & beautifully plated, truly Michelin star quality. The flavors were rich & refined, & the wine pairings elevated every bite.
Special thanks to our server, Jean, who was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, & made the evening feel extra special. The staff also surprised us with a sweet honeymoon dessert plate, which meant a lot.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a romantic or celebratory dinner in the city!
Had a light night snack of Mac & cheese , shrimp cocktail & Fritz's . Then dessert . Dan provided attentive service . It was expensive but to be expected for a hotel restaurant
