Many guests highlight standout dishes such as the Wagyu striploin, fresh seafood, and the extensive, indulgent Sunday brunch buffet. While the majority of visitors appreciate the attentive and professional service that characterizes this upscale establishment, experiences can occasionally vary in pace and consistency during busy periods. Chic restaurant. High end food & service. Excellent price to quality ratio. Been there 10+ times

Celebrating my son's birthday with the family is worthy of this place. Coupled with the F1 vibes, it was a great experience. The food is world class quality, make sure you try the Ribeye Steak for 2 persons with the penne as a side! The service is great & very courteous with a great view on the hub of Montreal entertainment. Dress code is elegantly high! Highly recommended if you are seeking quality & not price.

Nice breakfast but over priced over 100.00 for two people.

Honestly, a disappointing experience. The food was good but service was not. The waiter forgot about our table. Did not come back to check on us or fill waters. Part of my order was missing & it was not rectified. The prices are staggering & the service should match this.

We visited for afternoon tea &, while the food had some enjoyable highlights, the overall experience didn't quite match what we were hoping for at this price point.
A few things stood out. The tea was served in mugs rather than traditional fine china cups - a small but noticeable detail that affects both the temperature & the spirit of a proper afternoon tea. We also found the atmosphere harder to enjoy than expected: staff were visibly preparing for dinner service throughout our visit, which included spraying & wiping down nearby tables, & moving large carts & trolleys across the room. There was also an open bar area where we could see & hear staff socializing. Together, these things made it difficult to settle into the relaxed, refined experience that afternoon tea is meant to offer.
Given that this is set within the Fairmont Elizabeth, we came in with expectations of a more elegant & traditional experience. We hope the team takes this as helpful feedback & constructive criticism - with a little more attention to the atmosphere & presentation during service.

Went for the buffet on a Sunday afternoon. The food presentation, the staff & the atmosphere is amazing. My only comment is the lack of vegetarian food. It's unfair for a vegetarian to pay full price at the buffet for basically salad, pasta & cold pizza. It's 2026, I would have thought a top tier $100 buffet would have more options with tofu, lentils, different types of pasta etc. Besides the lack of options for vegetarian, it was great.

I had the worse experiece of a dining service in this restaurant. The reception forgot about jotting down our names just after 2 minutes & asked if we have reservstion for second time! &… the waiter was the worse one I have ever seen!! Extremely rude! He ignored us for 20 min & did not bring water! When we wanted to place our order, he pretend that he could not hear what we were saying & make a strange face like he do a favor to take our order! Also the night was a birthday night for one of us & after we had our birthday dessert, in the middle of singing happy birthday, he threw bills on the table!!! Not jocking! Threw them! Worse experience ever! + the food is over priced!

For the price of Sunday buffet ($88), I was expecting more than just salmon & tuna sashimi. There were also other food choices but mostly carb loaded (pizza, crepes, sushi roles, etc.)
The coffee was mediocre to say the best- orange juice is store bought (correct me if I'm wrong- but it's definitely not freshly pressed).
The service is arrogant & busy- overall it was disappointing.

Went for tea & had high expectations for a nice ladies' afternoon. The service was very slow. Our waiter was wearing his green union t-shirt & an apron - not the look you would expect. The water for the tea was not hot. The room on the 2nd floor where we were seated looked'tired'. The highlight was the food which was quite tasty but at a $200 price tag for 3 people (no alcohol, just tea) it was very disappointing. If you are looking for a high tea experience, I would recommend trying somewhere else.
