Rollys attracts attention with a wide, creative lineup of cinnamon buns that are often warm, soft and visually appealing, and flavors like raspberry pistachio and pecan caramel receive strong praise for taste and texture; however, overall impressions are mixed, with some buns described as underbaked, dry or overly sweet, and a few flavors such as tiramisu or Nutella not meeting expectations. The frosting, especially cream cheese, is a polarizing element that some love and others feel overwhelms the bun. The tiny shop, crowded space and long lines add to the challenge, and seating is limited; some guests accept the wait as part of the experience, while others find it tedious. Allergens and cross contact are noted in several reviews, prompting caution for allergy sensitive customers. Most visitors agree that when fresh and warmed, the buns are very enjoyable and that Rollys offers a distinctive, often impressive range of flavors worth trying, though price and consistency vary.
Me & my friends came when it was close ( not realizing ) they let us in. Gave us 3 for free! Loved it, owners super sweet, just like their delicious pastries.

I had big expectations before going, but was very disappointed at the end. The Cinnamonrol were too much expensive for the quality given. Dont fall for the diversity of flavor. Me & my friend took 2 differerent things, but they both tasted the same: just a basic cinnamanrol. If ur craving some sugar, go to Tim hortons for the same quality, but cheaper. If u like throwing away ur money, tho go ahead & order one of their Cinnamenrol!
Tried Rollys recently & I was honestly impressed. I didn't expect it to be that good.
I tried a few different flavours & all of them hit. You can actually taste what you're eating, like the pecans, caramel, lemon, berries. Nothing felt fake or overly sweet. It's sweet for sure, but not in that heavy way where you regret it after, & the cinnamon is just perfectly balanced without overwhelming the taste.
The rolls were soft, fresh, & just really well made. You can tell whoever is behind it knows what they're doing.
Place is nice, staff were chill & friendly, & the coffee was solid too.
I'd definitely go back, especially to try more flavours.
We got the Classic(6/10) & the Tiramisu(7/10) rolls.
The Classic didn't have enough cinnamon going on so most of the flavour came from the cream cheese frosting, which was fine.
Tiramisu did not have a strong Tiramisu flavour.
Overall yum! Just not quite as yum as expected.
We will be coming back to try the other flavours!!

Was passing by to see my brother , stopped in on the way, il had a classic one & the Dough was raw & wasnt what i tought IT would be , sorry but i always say IT as i see it
We went today & what a waste of money, no cinnamon taste, raw & disgusting. We each took a bite & threw it out. Save yiur $$$. These arent cheap nor edible
Reply: clearly you have had issues in the past look at other posts, im not the only one who complained as you indicated. See other reviews further down, same issues & as i mentioned, it went straight to the trash.
Disappointed I was really excited about these but the dough is Litteraly raw & not really
Like a pastry just taste like cinnamon cake not like a cinnamon bun kinda gross
