Was very disappointed last night when my friends & I went to purchase an item.
My friend had wanted the tiramisu then change his mind before the employee puts it in the box !
The employee huffed & complaining as he seemed he did not wish to help us !
It's a shame we told them thank you & left !
Very disappointed as we tried to be polite & tell the employee sorry we wish to change our tiramisu flavour item to something else but since the attitude seemed forced we did not purchase anything!
Next time a customer changes their mind so politely just tell them not possible or be more patient I understand we all had a long day but that behaviour is unacceptable!
Une expérience absolument délicieuse chez Rollys ! Les cinnamon rolls sont préparés de manière très professionnelle, la texture est parfaite. J'ai testé plusieurs saveurs & j'ai eu un coup de coeur pour le tiramisu, le citron, le bleuet & la fraise. Tout était frais & savoureux. De plus, l'endroit est impeccablement propre. Une adresse incontournable à Montréal

We got the Classic(6/10) & the Tiramisu(7/10) rolls.
The Classic didn't have enough cinnamon going on so most of the flavour came from the cream cheese frosting, which was fine. Tiramisu did not have a strong Tiramisu flavour.
Overall yum! Just not quite as yum as expected.
We will be coming back to try the other flavours!!
I was very excited to try Rolly's & to be honest it didn't meet my expectations. The classic & biscoff rolls were definitely good but the tiramisu & Nutella ones weren't that good.
I tried the tiramisu & the matcha raspberry flavors. The tiramisu was a 3/5-the coffee was a bit overpowering for the bun. But the raspberry pistachio was a solid 5/5!
J'ai testé plusieurs saveurs (pécan, tiramisu, citron, chocolat/noisette, pomme). Le pécan était bon au début, mais ils ont changé la recette & ajouté du cream cheese - maintenant il y a presque plus de goût de pécan, grosse déception.
Les autres saveurs goûtent presque toutes la même chose : du cream cheese avec un peu de topping. Le tiramisu & le citron n'ont pas vraiment de saveur marquée.
La dernière fois, la pâte était carrément mauvaise : pas fraîche & mal cuite à l'intérieur.
En plus, l'attente est longue & mal organisée.
Franchement, qualité très inégale & pas à la hauteur du hype.
Rolly's is a super tiny cinnamon bun spot on St. Catherine West. Getting there was honestly a bit of a mission with all the traffic & construction in the area - I almost didn't go because of it.
When I walked in, they only had the raspberry pistachio ready. I waited for the classic, & the Biscoff came out shortly after. They have so many flavours - apple, orange, tiramisu, & more. I genuinely love the creativity behind the concept. From what I saw, everything looked beautiful.
The raspberry pistachio wasn't really my thing - I found the raspberry a bit too sour for my taste. The classic, though, was solid. The bun was soft & pillowy, served warm & fresh. The cream cheese frosting was pretty good too.
Full transparency: I'm not a huge cinnamon bun person in general, so take that into account. But from what I experienced, they're doing fresh, creative, well-made buns.
I don't know if I'll personally be back just because cinnamon buns aren't my go-to, but if you're a fan, this place is definitely worth checking out for the variety alone.
