Tried the orange & the pear cinnamon roll as well as a cookie. The taste was there but it was undercooked & a bit mushy inside. For the price, I was expecting a bouncier texture. The cookie was ok.

Took it home, they suggested I microwave it for 10 seconds… It was perfect.
It was my second time going, first time I got a pecan pie style one & a ham & cheese & the bread was garlic bread style… All three I've tried have been amazing…
There was a line-up out the door today in -15…

Today then had 5 left today & 2 flavours.

Wow! L'attente en vaut la peine. Brioches savoureuses & d'une fraîcheur à couper le souffle. Vous allez peut-être vous décourager en voyant la fil d'attente, mais vous n'allez vraiment pas le regretter. 😁😍

Bought an assorted box of six for takeout. Unfortunately most of them were still raw in the center. Service was also slow as one of the service staff had to routinely walk away to make coffees. I would suggest getting a dedicated barista to manage that, as they were busy & I waited far to long before placing my order.

Super nouveau petit comptoir à brioches. La selection est incroyable. Des saveurs plus courantes mais d'autres qui sortent vraiment de l'ordinaire. Dès qu'on rentre dans le commerce, on est envahi par une merveilleuse odeur de sucrerie de de cannelle. Tout est fait maison & frais. Les brioches sont énormes donc valent amplement le prix. Notre préférée a été celle au biscoff mais elles étaient toutes délicieuses. Légères & moelleuses, bien garnies & goûteuse. Je recommande fortement.

Definitely worth a try. Lots of different options. Tastes even better when warmed up. The service isnt the fastest, which is fine for a new popular spot, but It was a bit annoying that the store had a long line up with only 1 staff serving & another staff prioritizing Uber orders.
