Ordered a rare roast beef after the server confirmed they had rare. But i was served an overcooked, underwhelming piece that was not just not rare, but well done. I was surprised that they would think that a guest would accept that. I guess some might, but they should not, ever, accept type of disservice. It is disrespectful. Really.
I have read the recent reviews & notice a pattern of very positive ones after the recent change in ownership. I also never believed Kennedy was killed by a magic bullet.
I just call it as I see it.
Nous avons découvert ce resto par hasard , il y a 3 ans … nous sommes maintenant des habitués. Le service est impeccable & la nourriture est excellente. Belle ambiance & ils ont une belle terrasse extérieure aussi
J'ai été manger à plusieurs reprises sans problème avec ma maladie celiac .....mais la dernière fois ça semblait vraiment compliqué... j'ai demandé une salade au crevettes qui n'est pas au menu ...c'était le plus facile pour eux ....il mon chargé 32 $$$ pour une salade plus tips 38 $$ .......mais le problème c'est qu'on ami est aller manger dernièrement & a prit la même salade combien pour lui 22 $$$
imaginer comment ça peut être frustrant pour moi...être celiac pas facile & c'est pour la vie ...
alors svp soyez plus ouvert d'esprit.. & compréhensif...nous sommes des milliers & des milliers de personnes atteintes.....& j'avais pas à payer ce prix ......terminé pour moi après plusieurs années que j'y suis aller.........maintenant avec les nouveaux propriétaire.

J'ai commandé un rotolo . pâte roulé avec jambon à l'intérieur & fromage sur le dessus

La nourriture impeccable, service… EXGELLENT!!! J'ai proposé ma copine en fiançailles & j'ai reçu le meilleur service du staff!!! Je me sentais inclus même si je ne suis pas italien!!! Je recommande fortement!!!

Quelle belle soirée nous avons passé au restaurant Sorrento!
Nous avions réservé pour un groupe de 30 personnes & nous étions sur la terrasse. Même si la température était moche (pluie & froideur), les chaufferettes nous ont gardé au chaud pendant toute la réception où le soleil régnait dans cette atmosphère festive!
Nous avons eu un service exceptionnel avec Hélène & Patrick qui étaient polis, professionnels, respectueux & avenants. La nourriture était délicieuse: tous les plats ont été appréciés. Tout était succulent: des calmars frits exquis, de la généreuse cote de boeuf savoureuse, de la lasagne digne d'une cuisine italienne, du veau marsala goûteux & bien accompagné, au tendre filet de saumon cuit à la perfection, & que dire de l'osso bucco arrivé à table encore fumant! Mon mari italien qui est lui-même un excellent chef 👨?🍳 a été impressionné par la qualité de ce plat!
La seule petite amélioration à proposer (parce que rien est parfait), ce sont les toilettes des femmes à réparer: une seule des 3 toilettes fonctionnait adéquatement & malheureusement, dans la cabine de cette dernière, le dévidoir à papier hygiénique était brisé & les rouleaux tombaient au sol ou dans la cuvette parce qu'il n'y avait plus de couvercle latéral. La chasse d'eau des 2 autres toilettes n'était pas fonctionnelle.
Malgré ce léger désagrément, nous avons adoré notre expérience au restaurant Sorrento & nous sommes certains que le propriétaire apportera les correctifs nécessaires rapidement.
Merci de tout coeur pour cette soirée inoubliable où tous nos invités ont été charmés & comblés. Je vous recommande fortement ce restaurant!
I had a fantastic experience at Sorrento Restaurant. The atmosphere was warm & inviting, with elegant decor that added to the charm. The service was attentive & friendly, & the staff made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious - fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, & beautifully presented dishes. Sorrento is a great choice. Highly recommended!
