Very nice place! Clean, welcoming atmosphere & good food overall. I especially loved their kebbeh nayeh-it was absolutely delicious. The Caesar salad, however, was a bit disappointing as it lacked flavor; I'd recommend improving the dressing. Overall, still a place I'd recommend!
Absolutely amazing experience⭐?The food was incredibly delicious, & the presentation was stunning & very elegant. Every dish was full of flavor & clearly made with care. The staff were super friendly, always smiling, & made us feel so welcome. The service was fast & outstanding. It's a great spot for families & special occasions. Nous étions un grand groupe avec des adultes, enfants & ados & le service a été impeccable. Les deux jeunes serveurs étaient gentils, courtois, efficaces & patients, malgré la bougeotte de tous! La nourriture était savoureuse, tout le monde était ravi, petits & grands! Je recommande!
Nous étions un groupe d'environ 25 personnes dans une salle à part. La majorité de notre groupe, ont été très satisfait de leur repas !! Les repas étaient goûteux & chauds . Le personnel à l'écoute & très courtois ! & malgré avoir dépassé un peu l'horaire, jamais on nous a fait sentir qu'il était temps de quitter , je vous le recommande sans hésiter !!!!

La nourriture impeccable, service… EXGELLENT!!! J'ai proposé ma copine en fiançailles & j'ai reçu le meilleur service du staff!!! Je me sentais inclus même si je ne suis pas italien!!! Je recommande fortement!!!
Quelle belle soirée nous avons passé au restaurant Sorrento!
Nous avions réservé pour un groupe de 30 personnes & nous étions sur la terrasse. Même si la température était moche (pluie & froideur), les chaufferettes nous ont gardé au chaud pendant toute la réception où le soleil régnait dans cette atmosphère festive!
Nous avons eu un service exceptionnel avec Hélène & Patrick qui étaient polis, professionnels, respectueux & avenants. La nourriture était délicieuse: tous les plats ont été appréciés. Tout était succulent: des calmars frits exquis, de la généreuse cote de boeuf savoureuse, de la lasagne digne d'une cuisine italienne, du veau marsala goûteux & bien accompagné, au tendre filet de saumon cuit à la perfection, & que dire de l'osso bucco arrivé à table encore fumant! Mon mari italien qui est lui-même un excellent chef 👨?🍳 a été impressionné par la qualité de ce plat!
La seule petite amélioration à proposer (parce que rien est parfait), ce sont les toilettes des femmes à réparer: une seule des 3 toilettes fonctionnait adéquatement & malheureusement, dans la cabine de cette dernière, le dévidoir à papier hygiénique était brisé & les rouleaux tombaient au sol ou dans la cuvette parce qu'il n'y avait plus de couvercle latéral. La chasse d'eau des 2 autres toilettes n'était pas fonctionnelle.
Malgré ce léger désagrément, nous avons adoré notre expérience au restaurant Sorrento & nous sommes certains que le propriétaire apportera les correctifs nécessaires rapidement.
Merci de tout coeur pour cette soirée inoubliable où tous nos invités ont été charmés & comblés. Je vous recommande fortement ce restaurant!

I had a fantastic experience at Sorrento Restaurant. The atmosphere was warm & inviting, with elegant decor that added to the charm. The service was attentive & friendly, & the staff made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious - fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, & beautifully presented dishes. Sorrento is a great choice. Highly recommended!

It was a totally disappointing experience. We arrived at 6 o'clock p.m. & we waited 35 minutes before the waitress came to get our order. Once our order taken we waited at least 20 minutes before receiving our entrees. Then waited another 35 minutes before receiving our main dishes which some received & others had to wait, a couple had hot dished but most of us had luck warm meals. Most of the time, we felt forgotten because our waitress was sometimes nowhere to be found. When it finally came to our dessert, our waitress said she had to get her pad, we saw her leave, taking at least 10 minutes & when she returned she headed to others customers, before realizing she had forgotten us. When we finally finished are meal, it was 10:30 p.m. Several people said if we wanted to come back here, they would not come. A very bad experience indeed. I do not recommend this place.
Le 2 aout cetais ma fete alors jai reserver chez sorento a ste therese pour y etre aller un fois avant nous etion 10 personne la ou ca commence le service ce soir la etais tres tres long quand meme pas un drame mais la ou jai un probleme j ai commander les moule diablo qui ne ressemblais a rien de ce que j avais manger 2 semaine avant & des linguine pescatore il mon rester sur l estomac toute la nuit malade sans compter les autre assiete steak dur & trop cuit pate molle tout mon groupe avec un commentaire negatif a faire tres decu je ne le recommanderais plus a personne
