On a attendu 20 minutes avant qu'un serveur vienne nous voir. Ensuite on nous propose pas un cocktail, vite il fallait commander de la nourriture. Nous avons refusé de commander de la nourriture. On nous a forcé à commander une frite. Nous payons la facture & on quitte. Ensuite, rendu dans le lobby, un autre serveur nous accuse de ne pas avoir payé. Vraiment nimporte quoi comme experience

I am a regular client at RH Restaurant, & every visit is a true pleasure. Everything is delicious, & it is hard to choose because the menu is exceptional. The seafood is magnificent, & the caviar guediles are simply incredible.
The place is spectacular & unique in Montreal. The rooftop, the glass ceiling & walls, along with the stunning illuminated chandeliers, create an absolutely waaaaw atmosphere. The water fountain in the center of the restaurant brings incredible energy & a truly unique charm.
The service is excellent. A big thank you to Mr. Josh & Mr. Maxime for their professionalism, kindness, & attention to detail.
Thanks also to the entire RH Restaurant team for this always exceptional & memorable experience.

I feel this place got an unfairly bad reputation as soon as it opened before they had the chance to properly setup.
*The place can be a bit hard to find, I suggest parking inside the Royal Mount mall going up with the elevator near where pouleet rouge is you can exit & walk across, the RH rooftop is basically across from the foodcoart of the shopping center you must go outside to get to it.
I got there early so there was plenty of space & the staff did sort of forget about me cos they were having their staff meeting I guess but it gave me the time to take a couple of cool pictures of the beautiful decor & fountain ⛲. They did come after about 15 minutes & appoligised, from then on the service was great. I ordered some oysters 🦪 & they were very fresh yet not perfectly shucked but still delicious 🤤. Best cesar 🥗 I ever had & the dessert 🍪 got to get that banana split ice cream 🍦 🍌 absolutely great experience over all. looking forward to try the terrace in the summer. Honestly less expensive than I was expecting, I also got a fabulous Bellini & the entire bill was like 100$ only.
We came here to celebrate a 30th Birthday Party & we had the most perfect time. I don't usually post reviews but just wanted to say that the food was really good & we all wanted to thank Shivam for offering the best service we've ever received at a restaurant, making the Birthday Girl's night extra memorable!
I went here for my birthday with my parents & my girlfriend, & honestly… I'm still thinking about it. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, everything was absolutely incredible.
Let's start with the food, because wow. Out of this world delicious doesn't even fully cover it. I ordered the sliced ribeye in a baguette, & my dad also got the ribeye - both were insanely juicy & literally melted in our mouths. Every bite was better than the last. My mom had the lobster roll & it tasted unbelievably fresh, like the ingredients were chosen that morning. My girlfriend ordered the Asian salad, & the flavors complemented each other so perfectly - light, balanced, & full of flavor. Even the French fries deserve their own moment because they were next-level amazing. Crispy, flavorful, & paired with an aioli that somehow made everything taste even better.
We started with the crispy artichokes & caviar, which were delicious & felt so perfectly indulgent - the kind of appetizer that sets the tone for an amazing meal.
The restaurant itself is inside the RH furniture store in Royalmount, & the ambiance is unreal. It honestly felt like stepping into a movie or a museum. The decor is stunning, super high-end, & elegant without feeling cold. The vibe was exactly what I wanted for my birthday - classy, beautiful, & memorable.
Now, while the food was incredible, the service truly stole the show. The wait staff was beyond kind & attentive, constantly checking in & genuinely caring about our experience. We never felt rushed, & every detail was handled perfectly. It really made us feel like the price was more than worth it, because we were so well taken care of.
A huge, special shoutout to Hervé, who made the night even more special. He was incredibly attentive, warm, & genuinely kind. We had such a great conversation with him, & he made my parents especially happy, which meant a lot to me. You could tell he truly cared about making sure our table had the best experience possible - & he absolutely succeeded.
Overall, this place is 100% worth it. If you're thinking about going, do it. The food is mouthwateringly good, the ambiance is unforgettable, & the service - especially thanks to Hervé - makes the whole experience feel extra special. You will absolutely be taken care of.

Première visite au restaurant RH & expérience absolument réussie.
Hervé a offert un service remarquable : professionnel, attentionné & d'un grand sens du détail.
Il a clairement contribué à rendre ce moment très agréable & mémorable.
Un grand bravo à lui c'est exactement le type de service qui donne envie de revenir.
Arrived here at 7:30 exactly when we had our reservation we have to wait & stand up for almost 20 minutes because we were seven people out of 11 We had our reservation for.
It took until 8:45 to get our drink, which was a bottle of wine on our table!
Now it's 9:50 pm & I'm still sitting here waiting for my chicken salad!
Then look at the prices on the menu!! Also make sure you won't come for your birthday , they have NO dessert!
The service at this restaurant was really poor. Considering the high prices & its luxury image, it just doesn't make sense. I definitely don't recommend it

This is an update of a previous evaluation
The food quality is better. The chef today was Fiona
The bread is now delicious & served warm = 10/10 ( I am told they changed the supplier)
The shrimp was good but a little salty 7/10
The crab legs were much better than before but a little wet7/10
The best thing about the restaurant is the dessert, especially the banana split, which is amazing & done by pastry chef Boulos.
the strawberries with cream are great
The atmosphere is amazing, the decor is beautiful, the servers , Maitre D & receptionist are very elegantly dressed, & the service is excellent
A beautiful amazing spot, great food & wonderful service.
We had an amazing waiter, Josh, who was extremely helpful & caring.
The seating is stunning & the venue is beautiful.
The sandwiches & the salads are delicious, & I really appreciate that they are very understanding & encompassing of allergies. My mum has gluten allergy & they were very helpful & ensured she got uncontaminated food.
Highly recommended - I'll definitely be back very soon!
Me & my family went there for dinner & the atmosphere, the food & the service were excellent! A real nice spot in Montreal for a lovely fancy family dinner or date! ✨
