Un des convives a demandé & mangé un pavé de boeuf grillé saignant. Il était tendre & cuit saignant sauf que le convive a dû demander le poivre & un condiment tel la moutarde forte ou le horseradish aurait complété parfaitement.
Aussi, quand un convive ne prend pas le dessert, un petit biscuit de votre confection pourrait être servi avec le café/thé/tisane quitte à augmenter le prix du repas.
Nous sommes des habitués de La Relève & comme toujours le repas était excellent.
