How can this restaurant still be opened after inspecter have stated this place to be invested with mice & rats & covered with vermine everywhere. Mold which is also present. After several visits they still haven't corrected the situation. How dare the owner of this establishment not take responsibility of this problem. Shame on you
They just racked up 14,000$ fines for dirty kitchen , infested with mice & rats. FILTHY kitchen. Flour bags eaten by mice & rats. (See photos) Mold & filth on ovens.

Supposedly a restaurant. Absolutely do not go there. I strongly advise against it. Dirty & disgusting. The staff picks their noses & ears & touches the food. The food is reheated in the microwave. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I think finally I found my favorite restaurant in Montreal.
The restaurant is very cozy & comfy, it reminds me of our childhood restaurants.
The food was amazing & the staff were super friendly I wanna thank them , I totally recommend it 👍🏻
Une adresse simple & authentique. La déco est sans prétention, mais la cuisine fait toute la différence : plats savoureux, généreux & pleins de goût. Une belle surprise à Montréal, on y vient pour bien manger & on y retourne avec plaisir.
Le Restaurant Siciliana a écopé de trois condamnations totalisant 11 500 $ d'amendes depuis septembre 2025, selon les données publiques du gouvernement du Québec !
I had the carbonara. Bacon was not smoked & sauce was very thin & had no flavor. I've had better. Husband had pasta with shrimp said it was good. Grandson had pizza & it looked dry. We had the mousse & the tiramisu. The mousse was a chocolate cake, very dry & the tiramisu was pasty & bland. Was visiting but if I lived here I wouldn't go back.
La pire Pizza que j'ai mangé dans ma vie 🤬🤬🤬 vous dites au feu de bois, c'est cuite dans un bain d'huile, au propriétaire de revoir ces affaires parce que je ne mettrais plus les pieds dans ton resto
Wasn't super hungry. So I had the minestrone soup & Parmigiano eggplant. The sauce for the eggplant was extraordinary. The Tiramisu was just ok. But that eggplant is worth it!

This restaurant has a cozy vibe to it & is a great place for a casual Italian meal. I've been here multiple times for lunch or dinner & it's always been a great time with delicious food! My go to is the Pizza Del Chef & when I'm feeling for something extra, the Soup of the Day is a good choice as well.
Really upsetting service :( It took 10 minutes to even take our order (& we had to ask), & 45-50 minutes for them to serve us. They were friendly & kind to all tables except ours. There were people who came long after us & finished & left before we even got our food. Every table was getting complimentary dinner rolls/bread except us, & the man serving was actively avoiding looking at us. A very bizarre experience!
Food was just okay. When we were done, they took away our plates hurriedly & gave us the bill in under a minute. It was very strange after they made us wait so long but wanted to get us out the door ASAP.
We also had reservations, but got very crowded seats at the edge.
