Déçue de mon risotto homard & asperges. Trop de cartilage de homard & les asperges vraiment trop aldente. Pour 48$ honnêtement je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux.

Magnifique expérience tant gustative qu'au niveau service! Nous y étions Jeudi dernier.
Le tartare de saumon est toujours aussi sublime. On l'a mangé plusieurs fois & toujours aussi riche en saveur! & la découverte a été le risotto a l'homard & asperges ! Je mange rarement des risottos au resto car je suis souvent déçue. J'avais entendu une cliente dire la fois précédente ou nous y étions qu'il était sublime & nous avons décidé de le prendre. Franchement impressionnée par la légèreté & les saveurs! Il y avait facilement un demi homard dans le plat, le bouillon avait clairement été fait avec la carcasse du homard avec une pointe de safran & bravo car les asperges étaient all dente! Il est vrai que nous sommes arrivés tot, mais quel service! Extrêmement attentionné, a nos petits soins! Magnifique soirée ! Nous reviendrons !
