Great find right on the main street in Magog. The ambience is great, pretty interesting French style menu, broad wine selection. We came in on a Wednesday eve without a reservation, we're seated right away. The service is great, even though there are some limitation with English. The bone marrow, the flank steak ad the duck parmentier were good, enjoyable but not great, too much sauce for our taste which is of course clearly subjective. The beer selection is reduced to 1 lager & 1 IPA.
Anyway, this is a must visit restaurant in Magog, if you have more than 1 day to spend.
Pinocchio est un excellent endroit à Magog, avec un service impeccable & une ambiance très agréable qui vaut le détour. Le restaurant est magnifique & l'équipe est vraiment attentionnée.
Cela dit, de notre côté, la nourriture n'a pas tout à fait répondu à nos attentes par rapport au prix. Mais nous reconnaissons que l'endroit reste très recommandable pour son service, son atmosphère & son emplacement.
Pas une mauvaise expérience, mais un peu déçu du repas. Soirée bavette en spéciale, plat ok sans plus. Salade de betteraves en entrée, il s'agit plutôt d'une salade avec quelques morceaux de betteraves. Bref, je n'ai pas mal mangé, mais j'essaierai d'autres adresses à Magog avant de réessayer celui-ci.

Pinocchio is honestly one of my favorite restaurants whenever I come to magog I always gotta stop here. Today we were served by, Yakoub he was amazing from the beginning to the end.He recommend me a drink wich became my new fav drink now Sour amaretto tasty summer drink. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, food , service is amazing everyone is very kind & polite. Always a wonderful experience.We will be back forsure!
This is definitely one of the better spots in Magog. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, & the atmosphere had a classy vibe. I ordered the salmon tartare & onion soup, both of which were fantastic. My friends had the clams & salmon fillet, & they thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. Our waitress was incredibly kind & helpful throughout the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant whether you're meeting up with family, hanging out with friends, or even on a date, it's a great choice.
Bon ratio qualité/prix. Les employés sont très agréables. Le niveau sonore & bien. Il y a une belle terrasse pour la saison chaude. Le menu saura plaire à la majorité des gens. & que dire du succulent boudin noir. Je crois que c'est mon meilleur à vie. Assurément, nous y retournerons maintenant que les travaux sont terminés au centre-ville de Magog.
Une autre soirée magique au Pinocchio, le meilleur restaurant de Magog. La qualité & la constance de la nourriture, du service comme on en voit rarement de nos jours, & une ambiance de vacances. Merci au staff. On le recommande à tous.
I had a great experience. My first experience wasn't great as I had bad service but this time I was put into Frederick's (Fred) section & this made a big difference. You could not find a more hospitable or accommodating server than Fred. He made the whole dining experience pleasant. When my group gets together & we mention Pinocchio, the first thing they say is "Remember our waiter Fred & how amazing he was?". All future servers at this restaurant & their sister restaurant (Alessa) should be trained by him. The food (Risotto) was really good & dessert (chocolate mousse) were outstanding. Great place to dine & spend an evening in Magog.
Great restaurant & careful attention given to the customer experience by their wonderful staff, food presentation & overall glorious tastes. Our server, Frederic (sp?), was awesome & very attentive. We showed up on a busy Saturday evening sans reservation & they still went out of their way to find us a table for 4. When I come back to Magog, "I'll be back!" for sure!
