We had 3 different servers. None connected with the others..Served 2 salads when ordered one. Sloppy dressed, jeans, dirty smelly tee shirt worn by customer seated on beach next to us. Diner next to us was VERY LOUD...often stuffing his mouth finger & causing his food come out of his mouth....He should have been asked to leave...One couple refused to be seated next to him... A special night was a disaste

Quelle belle découverte à Magog! Nous sommes allées au restaurant Pinocchio mercredi le 5 août, ma mère, ma soeur & moi, & nous avons absolument adoré notre expérience.

Nous avons profité de la magnifique terrasse & tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Ma mère & ma soeur ont choisi leur fameux boudin, dont elles se sont régalées, & de mon côté j'ai opté pour le poisson du jour, qui était tout simplement délicieux. Une excellente cuisine, savoureuse & très bien présentée.

Un merci tout spécial à Maëva pour son service impeccable : attentionnée, souriante, professionnelle & vraiment agréable. Elle a grandement contribué à rendre notre soirée encore plus mémorable.

Une magnifique expérience mère-filles, autant pour l'ambiance que pour la cuisine & le service. Nous reviendrons assurément lors d'un prochain passage à Magog! ❤?

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil par Maèva 45. Très beau sourire. Excellent service du début à la fin. La nourriture étaient très bonne, steak bavette & frites. Merci. Je recommande ce restaurant. 😊👍
