Une magnifique découverte (& une soirée réussie sur toute la ligne !) à la microbrasserie La Memphré. Nous y sommes allés pour le souper en famille, accompagnés de ma femme, ma nièce & son conjoint, & l'expérience a été tout simplement parfaite du début à la fin.
Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été chaleureux & attentionné, nous mettant immédiatement à l'aise. Le service a été tout simplement impeccable tout au long du repas : fluide, dynamique & toujours avec le sourire.
Dans l'assiette, la nourriture était excellente, savoureuse & préparée avec soin. Côté breuvages, la sélection est impressionnante : un choix de consommations très variés & d'une qualité exceptionnelle qui saura plaire autant aux fins connaisseurs qu'aux amateurs curieux.
Un endroit incontournable pour passer un excellent moment autour d'une bonne table. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

We stopped by on a Tuesday evening after a day of driving around the lake & lucked into a table right on the terrace with a great view of Lac Memphrémagog as the sun went down. My husband had the smoked meat poutine & I got the trout, both came out hot & generous, & the house-brewed blonde ale was a nice touch after all that walking. Service was relaxed but attentive, our server even pointed us toward a couple of spots to check out the next morning. It's exactly the kind of casual, welcoming place we look for when we're out exploring new towns.
