Véritable coup de coeur pour ce Spa ! Depuis 6 ans je viens régulièrement m'y détendre. L'endroit est propre, la carte du resto est bonne, le service & le personnel sont attentionnés. Si j'écris mon avis aujourd'hui c'est suite à un excellent service qui sort de l'ordinaire & qui mérite d'être souligné ! Alors Bravo à vous Leslie-Lou pour votre incroyable service ! Avenante, souriante, serviable, dynamique & pétillante ! Nous étions 2 à recevoir un effet waouh ! Ses conseils pour la carte & les différents vins étaient pertinents. Ne changez rien mademoiselle, vous êtes un véritable diamant pour le service client & son entière satisfaction.
Bien déçue de cette visite. On nous demande à la réception si c'est notre première visite, mais sans aucune explication sur le site ni le fonctionnement. Les employés sur site ne semblent pas avoir d'intérêt pour orienter non plus. Manque d'affichage pour se repérer & surtout, aucune indication sur la "température" de l'eau près des bassins. Ma référence demeure le Nordik spa, de Chelsea ... Définitivement une expérience incomparable, à un prix similaire. Heureuse d'avoir fait le test, mais bien déçue.
Beau centre en nature, propre & bon service. La seule chose qui a été décevante est que personne avertissait les gens qui parlaient à voix & cela nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de l'expérience
Je n'ai pas pus me rendre Chemin impossible ! J'ai brisé ma voiture Vraiment j'aurais aimé juger le spa J'ai du mal à comprendre comment il font pour avoir une clientèle.

I absolutely love it here. We've come twice & it's the perfect location & a lovely experience overall. The prices aren't great & their online promotions are misleading but otherwise it's my favorite spa within 1hr of Montréal.
Such a gorgeous hidden gem of a Spa nestled in the hills near Bromont. Beautiful views of a small private lake with no other properties in sight. I had a very relaxing afternoon & evening there with 0 complaints. The staff were very friendly, & the variety of offerings was perfect. If you're ever in the area, sore from a day of skiing, or needing to relax after a long week, this is the spot.

This is our preferred spa. Spa is located in beautiful place with lake view. There is nice restaurant with tasty & healthy dishes. The personal is very friendly.
Je commence à avoir quelques points de comparaison en ayant testé plusieurs spas de la région & celui ci n'est vraiment pas dans mes favoris. Les + : - L'environnement est superbe, c'est exactement ce que je recherche quand je vais passer une journée dans un spa. Une vraie incursion en nature, coupée du bruit de la route & de la ville. - Il y a pas mal de bains chauds ce qui est agréable pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres - les peignoirs sont de grande taille ce qui est vraiment appréciable quand on est gros/grosse ! - le système de numéro de bracelet permettant de tout payer à la fin est très pratique Les - : - l'accueil est assez froid & peu chaleureux - aucune carte ou présentation du site n'est proposée ! En soirée & sous la neige amusez vous à découvrir le site à l'aveugle & sans glisser ! Il n'y a pas plus d'indications sur le site comme des panneaux qui indiqueraient les sources chaudes, leur température, les pièces de repos, les sauna... - les vestiaires ne sont absolument pas adaptés au monde qu'ils peuvent contenir. C'est trop petit, impossible de se changer tranquillement & il semble n'y avoir aucune ventilation donc on y meurt de chaud ! J'ai bien failli y faire un malaise avant de partir. - l'hiver la moitié du site est fermé & aucune installation extérieure n'est praticable (mis à part les bains) ce qui me fait poser la question du prix qui me semble extravagant compte tenu des services disponibles. Installer des feux & des chauffages extérieurs serait un vrai gain à mon avis ... - le service à LUMAMI pour un thé était extrêmement long & chaotique. Nous avons dû patienter 1h entre le moment où nous nous sommes assis & celui où nous avons bu notre première gorgée de thé - le stationnement est trop petit, ce qui oblige à se garer en contrebas laissant une immense pente à monter. Pas génial pour les personnes âgées ou à mobilité plus réduite. Encore moins en pleins hiver & de nuit ! Cette pente est aussi empruntée par les voitures ce qui fait un point de rencontre piétons / véhicules extrêmement dangereux ! Bref je suis relativement déçue compte tenu du tarif. Je pense que je réitérerai une autre fois à une autre saison pour voir si la majorité de mes points négatifs sont corrigés ou différent. Car J'ai l'impression que l'hiver n'est pas une saison idéale pour profiter de cet endroit, ce qui est dommage dans une région où l'hiver & la neige courent de novembre à avril ... pour autant, certains des autres points négatifs ne sont pas liés à la saison .
We have visited Balnea Spa twice. Once for the baths only & once with the reservation of a duo massage. Both times we have concluded that if we compare the price charged (including massages approximately 100$ +tax more per person than some other thermal spas) with the amenities & the scale of service offered it simply isn't worth it & it is a much better experience at other establishments we have visited. For context we are frequent spa goers: we go to the spa every 2-3 months for the last 6 years & have tried various locations throughout Quebec. POSITIVES - Stunning views - If you stay later in the evening watching the stars from the baths it is absolutely breathtaking. - The massotherapists are very skilled, knowledgeable & offer exceptional service. We both had some of the best massages to date. - A large cup of tea was offered after the massage & there is an opportunity to give feedback on the service received. - Bath robe (plus sizes available upon request) & towels included in the price. - The "Joue Braisé" dish was a small portion but absolutely delicious as well the cauliflower dish was a very good portion & tasty. NEGATIVES - The parking near the spa is small & you will likely have to park further down but unfortunately there is no salted or sanded walking path or steps established & the snow was compact & slippery (when walking back down to the car at night I almost fell & the lady walking down next to us did fall & her spouse had to help her back up). - The phone lines close at 5pm & there is no way to contact anyone in case of an emergency (if someone is injured in the parking lots further down where no one can see, it would be impossible to call a spa employee for help after 5pm even though the spa is opened much later). - Outside at the spa there are signs that indicate that the floor can be slippery but there are many areas & in particular two stone staircases that go down the center of the spa down towards the long pool overlooking a beautiful view that do not have rubber matts. My husband slipped but was able to balance himself however the man that came down the same stairs a while later fell hard down those same steps. We didn't see him fall but we heard him & turned around from the long pool & saw him on the floor. It took him a while to get up & he was holding his hip & limping after the fall. No employee was present to see what happened or offer assistance. We all understand it is an outdoor spa in the winter & that it will be quite slippery however rubber matts are nevertheless necessary & a safety minimum in my opinion. - The dry saunas are much smaller than at other spas & there aren't many to choose from. - We have found that overall (although not all) other spas have more of a variety of pools/saunas/lounges/experiences to try during our stay. - In the summer there are more options to lay outside but in the winter it is too cold to sit outside without any warm fires or outdoor heaters so everyone crowds in the lounge area indoors which isn't pleasant or relaxing when waiting for a massage or when wanting to grab a snack or drink. - Do yourself a favour & avoid ordering the cheese board. I genuinely feel this board is an insult to clients. The serving size needs to be adjusted or then the price needs to be lowered. For 18$ + tax we were served 3 slices of cheese & 6 crackers with onion chutney. When I say slices I mean like a sliver of cheese you would cut yourself from a block of cheese as a snack. I am sorry but there is no way that 3 slivers of cheese about the size of a finger & 6 small crackers are worth 18$. It is not a cheeseboard when the whole thing is the same serving size as a single children's snack pack (truly without any exaggeration). I hope our cheeseboard was an anomaly & that it is not always served like that because I genuinely found it both unbelievable & insulting to my intelligence & my wallet. Other menu options are much better although selection is very limited (see above in positives).
Après plusieurs expériences sporadique dans les dernières années je trouve l'endroit toujours aussi magnifique! Plusieurs jacuzzi & sauna & zone de repos, soins disponible aussi. Ils vous demandent d'arriver 30 min avant lors d'un soin mais malgré tout c'est un peu serré quand il y a des gens a l'accueil devant vous. Le massage que nous avons en duo était bien mais est moins reposant a mes yeux je préfère le faire seule car la musique est plus forte d'un côté, on entend les changements de position & petite intervention donc permet une détente moindre a mes yeux & les soins n'inclus pas l'accès au bain comme il y a quelque année ce qui revient cher quand tout est charger a la carte avec un rabais de 5-10$ lors de combinaison de soins & expérience. Bref le service était bien mais une journée avec soin a deux avec un repas léger c'est 550$. Il est bien d'en profiter sur semaine en le plus tôt car rendu en après-midi le vendredi c'est plus difficile de trouver un endroit pour relaxé en hiver car plus de monde dans les zone détente. Gros plus serviette, robe de chambre, bouteille d'eau, casier inclus. Bref une belle expérience mais a une fréquence moindre.
