J'ai passé une journée absolument remarquable au Spa Le Balnéa. La massothérapie & les bains étaient d'une qualité exceptionnelle, offrant une expérience de détente complète. Le site lui-même est magnifique, parfaitement intégré dans la nature environnante. En plus de cela, la nourriture était délicieuse, ce qui a ajouté à l'expérience globale. Le personnel a été incroyablement accueillant & professionnel tout au long de notre visite. Je recommande vivement ce spa à tous ceux qui cherchent une escapade relaxante & revitalisante. Merci, Spa Le Balnéa, pour cette journée inoubliable !
Another day to spa, commentary already left for the other day. I forgot to mention that we liked the mushmallow place. & same disappointment for the resto, very expensive, small portions & no taste.
Very disappointing. The spa itself is fine, it's outdoors so a few dead bugs in the pool is normal but it's very noisy. Couples were talking in the hot tubs, dry sauna, relaxation areas & even the Moroccan room. Was woken up multiple times by people talking. I chose this spa because they claim to be a quiet spa but that is false advertising. Either enforce your rule or remove it because just putting signs everywhere is absolutely useless. Judging by how many people added photos of your spa in their reviews is PROOF that your no cellphone policy is a joke. I was hoping for more than just a generic auto fill response from your social media team so no, I will not be wasting 86$ more just so I can listen to strangers talk in a hot tub.
Le spa offre une expérience magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle & une gamme étendue d'installations de haute qualité. Le salon marocain & le cinéspa sont des ajouts particulièrement intéressants. Cependant, le service à la clientèle laisse vraiment à désirer, notamment en ce qui concerne le personnel à l'accueil (aucune explication du site, aucun remerciement à la fin de notre passage, snobisme, etc.). De plus, le manque de signalisation sur le site pour s'orienter & l'absence de précision sur la température des bassins froids sont des points à améliorer.

The SPA is worth visiting. The view & the atmosphere is a MUST go. Ambience is good & staff is helpful too. It is a little far from old Bromont. The reason I deducted one star is only because of the sign boards & lack of access to transportation. Visit this place only if you are driving, as in you have your own car. There is no public transportation nearby & you can rarely get Uber, as there is shortage of Ubers too. The sign boards displayed aren't sufficient enough to direct you to the SPA. We struggled a little to reach, but that shouldnt stop you from experiencing the beauty this place has to offer. Other than that, the place is fabulous & fantastic from services & view standpoint. You need to carry your own SPA clothes & slippers. They provide you with bathrobe, towels, locker & a water bottle. If you go during weekends or holiday season, book in advance, as massage slots are full immediately. The rates vary according to the package you select. If you love scenic peaceful places, this is it!! Note: they don't allow to carry mobile phones with you, so they are needed to be kept in your lockers.
