It’s an okay spa, they are still doing construction ! Not a lot of saunas & thermal spa pools aren’t big enough so when their are a lot of people you won’t be able to go in. Overall it’s an okay spa

Spa merveilleusement bien situé dans un décor enchanteur. Le fait qu'il soit en chantier est un peu désagréable. Plusieurs bains fermés. Entretien pourrait être amélioré.

Un lieu chaleureux & hors du temps & reposant, mais grandement déçu par la partie restauration qui gâche totalement la journée de détente.
Attendre plus de 30 minutes son plat car ma commande a été « oubliée » (sans aucune excuse evidemment), se retrouver avec une assiette faite « a la va-vite », mal-présentée & surtout très très très légère en quantité, c’est assez décevant vu le prix de la carte…

Le Balnéa est mon spa préféré depuis longtemps. Déjà, avant la pandémie, c’était un des spas les plus cher à 70$ plus taxes pour les bains. Ça ne m’arrêterait pas. Ensuite, l’été passée le prix a commencé à monter à 90$. & maintenant le prix est à 105$ plus taxes. Comment justifier une hausse de 50% en si peu de temps? L’inflation a le dos large. Ma limite psychologique est atteinte. C’est vraiment trop cher & aucun rabais disponible. J’utilise maintenant le carte rabais Costco pour obtenir des journées dans d’autres spas à des prix beaucoup plus raisonnables. C’est dommage, j’adorais cet endroit.

J'aimerais qu'il y ait plus d'information comme le degré de l'eau des bains froids , sauna etc , durée recommandée, pattern recommandé , la nourriture du resto correcte sans plus . Sinon super endroit, excellent service , personnel souriant.

Accueil chaleureux & cadre idyllique
Il manquerait quelques équipements comme des jacuzzi pour être parfait, mais l'endroit reste super !
