Just had an amazing experience at louisiNANA restaurant. The cocktails were fantastic-cleverly crafted, perfectly balanced, & each one felt like a mini vacation in a glass. I tried the gumbo & the crab dip, & both were super good. Rich, flavorful, & clearly made with care. The gumbo had a nice depth of spice & the crab dip was creamy with just the right amount of lump crab. Friendly service & a great vibe. I'll definitely be back for more of those cocktail options & those Louisiana-style dishes!

Un décor à couper le souffle. On se croirait en Louisiane! Les serveurs étaient très sympathique, surtout Félix, notre serveur. Les plats étaient extrêmement généreux, très goûteux, & la cuisine a même adapté un plat végétarien pour moi. Tous les détails étaient pensés! Que dire du petit pain & du beurre au miel qui est servi en amuse bouche.. Un délice!
J'ai visité le restaurant la fin de semaine passé, & tout était parfait! Notre serveur était super sympathique & nous proposais des choix sur le menu en fonction de nos gout & préférence. Les drinks étaient délicieux, tout comme les plats. Mais que dire des beignets en dessert qui étaient INCROYABLE.
Bravo à toute l'équipe pour leur bon travail, & je recommande d'aller essayer l'expérience louisianaise!

Parking** was full & had to park at the nearby cinema, the atmosphere** was very nice, but a little too loud for me. but i understand that the environment is musical. the food** was good , but the service** was not good, the waiter was polite but it would have been great if he was bilingual, we had a 2 course meal (appetizers & main course) they took away our plates & utensils after the appetizers, we waited a very very long time between courses & when they brought the main course they forgot to give us utensils which was quite frustrating. the waiter placed utensils directly on the table & didn't notice that we didn't have napkins, when I asked for napkins the waiter give us 3 napkins --- we were 4 people -- this is a staff management/workflow issue that i hope they resolve. the price** was ok for what we got. I saw on the entrance door that they are affiliated to some other restaurants (Jack Flat BBQ & Sergiolino one) , I most probably won't go back. -- I probably won't go to the affiliated restaurants either, since they are probably managed the same way (service wise)

Gumbo surf & turf, on the spicey side, three people ordered this & did not enjoy it. Burger was advertised as an 8oz portion, yet a 5 oz was served. Advised waiter who consulted the manager & returned with an explanation that the patties shrink. That wasn't an 8 oz portion, sorry, not on this world. Bun was dry & fell apart, meat was under cooked & pink, fries were cold. Hard pass for $28. No English menus available. Drinks were enjoyed. Espresso was amongst the best I have had yet was served cold. Beignets took 45 minutes to prepare. A one & done concept.

Par contre un 4 étoiles pour la nourriture, mon copain a pris un steak, & c etait vraiment un steak dans l assiette il aurait aimer des légumes en accompagnement & le gumbo crevettes trop cuites
& un peu déçu car spectacle de jazz annulé a la dernière minute
Quelle belle expérience ! Nous avons célébré un anniversaire & passé une excellente soirée. La nourriture & les boissons étaient délicieuses, & le service, impeccable. Merci à Jérémy pour son professionnalisme & ses conseils avisés.
Un grand merci également au gérant, dont l'amabilité & la disponibilité ont vraiment contribué à rendre cette sortie mémorable.
Très beau restaurant, ambiance agréable, musique excellente. J'y retournerai avec ma famille & mes amis.

Perfect spot for a romantic & intimate night out. The service is absolutely suberp. We had made a mistake & reserved for Sunday instead of Saturday & even though the place was full for the night they were able to find us a spot (even though it was completely our mistake & were more than willing to go somewhere else seeing that the restaurant was jam packed). Everything was so flavourful, drinks hit the spot, & that added touch of live music made for a perfect night out.

Loved the ambiance, beautiful decor & spotless space. Service was quick & courteous, thanks to our host Jeremy. The drinks were great. The food was decent, just not quite what I expected. Still, I'll definitely be back to catch their live jazz band after 19h.

Bonne nourriture mais le service était d'une lenteur interminable. Au début de la soirée, notre serveur était présent mais au fur & à mesure, on le voyait à peine. Lorsqu'on avait finit avec notre repas principal, un des serveurs nous a demandé si on voulait commander un dessert ou un café. Nous avons répondu qu'on aimerait bien avoir le menu pour revoir les desserts - & les menus se trouvaient à 2 pas de notre table - & le serveur nous a jamais donné les menus pour qu'on puisse les consulter. Ça a pris quasiment 20 minutes pour que notre serveur initial passe à notre table & qu'on nous demande une deuxième fois si on voulait prendre un dessert. En même temps, le serveur nous averti que le 2e service commence bientôt & qu'on devra bientôt quitter. J'ai trouvé ça très ordinaire puisqu'on a attendu si longtemps pour être servis. après avoir payé la facture, une 3e serveuse s'est rendue à notre table pour nous informer qu'on doit quitter. Je comprends qu'il y a un temps alloué pour chaque réservation, mais se faire dire par deux personnes de quitter alors que le service n'était pas rapide, pas très fameux.
Great place for tue hearty Louisiana food style! Big portions, great flavors, great cocktails. The service from Jamal was impressive, thank you very much for the VIP treatment. Will definitely go back !
