Première visite au restaurant & ce ne sera pas la dernière!!! Le service est parfait & familier, on se sent les bienvenues. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & la musique excellente! Je vous recommande de prendre le menu 4 services, ce qui vous permet de goûter un peu à tout & les portions sont juste parfaites, même que nous avons eu de la difficulté à tout terminer. La carte de vin est déversifié & accessible à tous les budgets.
Nous avons choisi le menu découverte en quatre services & nous avons adoré l'expérience. Nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis pressés entre les services, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la soirée. Tous les plats étaient frais, savoureux & très bien présentés.
Un gros merci à notre serveuse, Noémy, qui nous a offert un excellent service tout au long du repas. Nos assiettes vides étaient toujours débarrassées rapidement & nous avons été très bien pris en charge du début à la fin.
We had an amazing experience at Louisianas Centropolis, & it has quickly become our new favorite spot in Laval!
We started with the Rockefeller oysters, which were absolutely incredible, along with the grilled peach salad-fresh, flavorful, & the perfect balance of sweet & savory. The filet mignon spicy skewer plate was a definite standout & an absolute must-try. It was cooked perfectly & packed with flavor.
For our main courses, we had the jerk chicken & the cod. The jerk chicken was delicious, full of authentic flavors & perfectly seasoned. The only small comment is that the chicken & plantains looked very similar on the plate because they were the same color, but the taste more than made up for it. The cod with its buttery cream sauce was outstanding-light, rich, & cooked to perfection.
To finish, we shared the toffee dessert, & it was the perfect ending to an incredible meal.
The drinks were just as impressive. If you enjoy mocktails, the rosemary blueberry mocktail is a must! We also loved the lime margarita with the spicy pepper rim-it was absolutely divine.
The service was exceptional from start to finish, the atmosphere was warm & inviting, & the décor is absolutely beautiful. Every detail made for a fantastic dining experience.
Highly recommended! If you're looking for a new restaurant in Laval, Louisianas Centropolis is definitely worth visiting. We'll absolutely be back!

What a fantastic dining experience! If you're looking for authentic Cajun cuisine, this place is a must-visit. Every dish was bursting with flavor & tasted freshly prepared with genuine Southern flair. From the appetizers to the main course, everything was absolutely delicious.
The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, & professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail & commitment to customer satisfaction truly elevated the experience. The live jazz music was an added bonus! Such a pleasure!

J'y suis allée deux fois; la première en amoureux, au bar, menu découverte, suggestion de cocktail & de vin tout à fait appropriée. La deuxième avec une amie, en salle a manger. Tout était délicieux de l'entrée au dessert, avec cette petite touche cajun & une ambiance très festive. Décor éclectique & personnel sympathique. Autour de 21h, la musique est de la partie pour ajouter un petit côté nightlife. Très classe, clientèle diversifiée qui ajoute au charme de l'endroit. Je recommande aux amoureux de voyage de le découvrir. Deux très belles expériences!
