We've been to this restaurant twice & the food was excellent on both occasions. The atmosphere of the restaurant really gave the impression of being in an authentic cajun restaurant in the South, likewise the food.

We were served both times by Nick & each time the service was amazing. We felt welcomed thanks to his hospitality & his excellent recommendations from the menu. We received our food in no time.

We look forward to our next visit.

Exceptional Restaurant. Right when you walk in you are immersed in New Orleans. I was very impressed by the level of service from the staff, very friendly, courteous, & helpful. We started with cocktails at the bar then moved to our reserved table. I was craving Cajun Style food & wasnt disappointed, as I had the Gumbo with shrimp & a suprise fusion of Cajun pulled pork in a roll, delicious! My date had the Cod. We stayed just long enough to enjoy the live brass band just like in the french quarter. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great night out.

Wow!! We loved everything the peach salad, gumbo, crab cake, brochette mignon, angry lobster pasta, bavette cajun & lets not forget the beignets 😍 the atmosphere, the food & service were incredible. We will definitely come back.

Restaurant fantastique qui est & deviendra de plus en plus, sans aucun doute, un restaurant phare au Québec de la culture culinaire cajun. L'ambiance singulière du restaurant avec la musique live ainsi que la qualité du menu & des plats qui arrivent à gastronomisé en finesse cette nourriture emblématique est démontrent une intelligence & un savoir-faire hors-pair. Je veux définitivement y retourner pour essayer le poulet jerk, gros coup de coeur !!

What a fantastic dining experience! If you're looking for authentic Cajun cuisine, this place is a must-visit. Every dish was bursting with flavor & tasted freshly prepared with genuine Southern flair. From the appetizers to the main course, everything was absolutely delicious.
The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, & professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail & commitment to customer satisfaction truly elevated the experience. The live jazz music was an added bonus! Such a pleasure!
Great food, impeccable service, & a warm, inviting atmosphere-I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

J'y suis allée deux fois; la première en amoureux, au bar, menu découverte, suggestion de cocktail & de vin tout à fait appropriée. La deuxième avec une amie, en salle a manger. Tout était délicieux de l'entrée au dessert, avec cette petite touche cajun & une ambiance très festive. Décor éclectique & personnel sympathique. Autour de 21h, la musique est de la partie pour ajouter un petit côté nightlife. Très classe, clientèle diversifiée qui ajoute au charme de l'endroit. Je recommande aux amoureux de voyage de le découvrir. Deux très belles expériences!

First time visit & the service was very friendly & efficient! They have a 68$ course set which is what I got with the Peach salad, crab cake, Cajun butter steak & beignet! It was a very good set to try more than one thing without cracking your wallet open too wide 🤭
I highly recommend & will come back to try more of the other dishes! 👌🌟

If you ever wanted a Laval dining experience matching the historic elegance of New Orleans' Vincent Hotel combined with the chic style of the nearby Restaurant R'evolution, then this restaurant is for you! The interior is a unique escape & incredibly well decorated. The servers & bar staff are perfectly attired while delivering great service with style & kindness.
I was able to taste two dishes: Cajun chicken & jambalaya risotto. Both were full of the classic flavors only found in the southern states. Both were exceptional.
This will become my regular restaurant.
There is also live jazz on some nights. When there isn't live music, there is jazz piped through a very high end sound system that allows for easy conversations while saturating the space.
