Great spot for a romantic dinner or a hangout with friends! Service was great! The food was better. Best crab cakes I have ever had. The tables were a little too close together inside so we sat outside. & the music was drowned out by everyone talking... But overall a great evening!
On y va d'abord pour l'ambiance : superbe décor inspiré de la Louisiane & de Bourbon Street, photos d'artistes de jazz… on se sent vraiment transporté ailleurs le temps d'une soirée.
Côté assiette, plusieurs belles découvertes : le gumbo était savoureux, même si la saucisse avait une peau un peu dure. La petite brochette de boeuf, très bonne & bien relevée. Les crevettes, joliment présentées avec leur petite panure & une sauce crémeuse très agréable. & la queue de homard 🦞… mmm! La bavette & les pâtes étaient relevées juste comme j'aime, sans exagération.
Petit bémol sur les salades : la vinaigrette était beaucoup trop vinaigrée à mon goût & il y avait beaucoup de chicorée. Avec la bavette, une belle laitue Boston aurait été plus douce & aurait apporté un peu de variété, d'autant plus que la salade ressemblait beaucoup à celle servie avec l'entrée de betteraves.
Pour terminer, les beignets servis chauds sont une vraie gourmandise! À manger immédiatement, un peu comme une queue de castor. 😋 Après ça… une marche s'impose!
Mention spéciale à Annabelle pour son excellent service, souriant & attentionné. 👏
& quel plaisir d'avoir un excellent groupe de jazz, The Tin Pan Troubadours. Même les voir installer leurs instruments fait partie de l'expérience! 🎺🎶 Petit ajustement à prévoir : penser à couper la musique d'ambiance dès que les musiciens commencent à jouer.
Dernier petit détail : l'eau pétillante St-Justin était beaucoup trop salée à notre goût; une eau comme Eska serait peut-être une belle alternative.
Bref, une superbe soirée dépaysante, une belle façon de faire changement & de se sentir un peu en Louisiane sans quitter le Québec! 🎷
This place is just stunning! The dim lights & music really make for a relaxing & enjoyable dining experience. Drinks are delicious & the food even more so, plus the staff are wonderful to talk to!

One of the best, if not the best, spots in Centropolis. The food & drinks are excellent & well-priced for the portions, imo. Service is amazing; the manager is very welcoming & friendly, as are the workers. Shout-out to Jason & Remy-couldn't be better. Good decor & music make for a great ambiance.
What a fantastic dining experience! If you're looking for authentic Cajun cuisine, this place is a must-visit. Every dish was bursting with flavor & tasted freshly prepared with genuine Southern flair. From the appetizers to the main course, everything was absolutely delicious.
The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, & professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail & commitment to customer satisfaction truly elevated the experience. The live jazz music was an added bonus! Such a pleasure!

If you ever wanted a Laval dining experience matching the historic elegance of New Orleans' Vincent Hotel combined with the chic style of the nearby Restaurant R'evolution, then this restaurant is for you! The interior is a unique escape & incredibly well decorated. The servers & bar staff are perfectly attired while delivering great service with style & kindness.
I was able to taste two dishes: Cajun chicken & jambalaya risotto. Both were full of the classic flavors only found in the southern states. Both were exceptional.
This will become my regular restaurant.
There is also live jazz on some nights. When there isn't live music, there is jazz piped through a very high end sound system that allows for easy conversations while saturating the space.
C'étais ma premiere fois là. On nous a dit que le menu avais été complètement réinventé il y a deux semaines. Je croyais que le gout allais être très savoureux avec des touches épicés, mais finalement tous les plats étais très épicés autour de ma table. Même trop épicés, au point que personne a réussi à finir son assiette. Pour les fans d'épicés , vous allez être choyer. Pour l'ambiance, je m'attendais à avoir une meilleure emphase sur le thème jazz avec des musiciens , surtout qu'on est allé un samedi, une journée où normalement il y a beaucoup d'achalandage. J'ai réaliser, sur le site web, qu'ils font des spectacles les jeudis & vendredis seulement. Pour le service, c'étais un peu long avoir quelqu'un à notre table à chaque fois & elle nous a pas demander si on avait bien manger à la fin. La quantité dans les plats étais beaucoup plus petites que je pensais versus le prix assez dispendieux.
It was our first time coming to this restaurant.
I absolutely loved the atmosphere & there was a little bit of live music for the beginning of our night but it ended halfway through our dinner because we went late.
The music is a little loud in my opinion, it was kind of hard to hear people speak even if they're across from you.
The food & drinks were absolutely delicious 10/10 i enjoyed every single thing i ordered!! We even got complimentary dessert shots when receiving our dessert, so fun!!
The service was extremely friendly however a little slow.. We asked for utensils when we got our mains as my boyfriend was missing his but had waited a good 6minutes before someone came to bring them.
We also asked for the bill to come with our dessert so we can pay right away & just leave but we waited a good 10minutes AFTER finishing our dessert before getting to pay.
I am optimistic that the speed will improve:)
Besides that, this was a great first experience & i will definitely be returning!
