Service encore en rodage, mais en bonne voie. Nos plats étaient TOUS excellents: mafé arachides, yassa poulet, thiebou dieun, dibi d'agneau sur recommandation chaleureuse de la serveuse… un régale. Le Bissap est bon &/mais sucré. J'espère que ce n'est pas du sucre blanc raffiné qui est utilisé! Le thiakry est très bon quoique épais. Le mille utilisé pour le thiakry est extrêmement doux…
Manque de musique pour l'ambiance (mais au moins ce n'est pas trop fort).
C'etait un soir de match de hockey. Cela aurait été bien de l'avoir sur l'écran disponible en salle.
Que des critiques constructives dans un but d'amélioration & de pérennité. Bravo & merci de nous offrir cet espace gourmand. Longue vie au Cauris!

'ai l'habitude de découvrir de nouveaux restaurants régulièrement. Le Cauris est une perle & un bijou. Chef Edmond & toute son équipe sont attentifs aux besoins des clients. Pour l'organisation d'un évènement privé, Le Cauris a pris le temps d'écouter nos besoins & nous a suggéré un menu gastronomique qui a ravi tous les convives. Des entrées à grignoter comme des pastels ou mini-brochettes, aux jus de Bissap & de Gingembre, ou encore des plats concoctés avec attention tels que le Dibi d'agneau, ou du poisson grillé. Merci encore au Cauris. Nous reviendrons pour déguster de bon mets ou encore pour d'autres évènements.
