Depuis 1994, le restaurant L’Avenue est le lieu par excellence pour les amateurs de brunch et de déjeuners. Avec ses assiettes excentriques et ses portions généreuses, son ambiance festive et son service hors pair, L’Avenue est une expérience bien plus que culinaire !
Dans l'ensemble, L'Avenue offre des brunchs variés et généreux, avec des portions très importantes et une carte qui allie créativité et saveurs réconfortantes, des plats comme les œufs bénédictine, les pancakes, le pain doré et le latte à la pistache revenant fréquemment dans les retours. L'ambiance est dynamique et conviviale mais peut être bruyante et bondée, surtout le week-end, et l'attente peut être longue; le service est globalement apprécié pour sa rapidité et son accueil attentif, même si certaines expériences relèvent des écarts dans l'organisation. Les clients louent souvent les portions généreuses, la présentation soignée et les associations sucré-salé, et reviennent tester d'autres plats et succursales, malgré quelques critiques sur certains choix du menu et sur la constance. A brunch place with a refreshingly different menu & a vibrant athmosphere, if a bit noisy. All the food we ordered was great - from the basic Eggs Benedictine (pictured) to the Istanbul (very tasty & quite authentic - eggs just as my grandma made them in the Balkans). If you fancy a sweet drink in lieu of dessert, the speacialty coffee is tatsy & beautifully presented, especially the pistachio latte.
The atmosphere is good here & with good service & so helpful. WOW the portions are hugh so have to pack home! The chicken sandwich is so amazing & they come with regular coffee. Definity will come for other menu.

I was curious to see what they did with the Old Pizza Hut restaurant & they did a wonderful job,.it is now a fun & open space with lots of sport mementos.
The service was friendly & attentive. The menu is available by downloading on your smart phone, my companion almost walked out since he did not have his phone but mine was available & so were able to select the Ruben Benedictine & the Indecisive with very berry for our meal.
The food was not bad & definitely there was plenty of it. Is quantity more important than quality? Sadly our food was cold & the very berry offered as a treat a double stack of pancakes which was spread with green cream that must have been pistachios but looked like slime which was covered with sliced strawberries & blueberries. I'm sure it was edible but the look was unappealing. They offered pure maple sirop with it which is a big plus.
This is an interesting restaurant but we would recommend it for people under 30 who enjoy science fiction because the experience was out of this world.
I recently checked out the new L'Avenue in Brossard & was really impressed. It had been a while since I'd been to one of their locations, & this one feels new, lively & very well run. It does seem like they've rebranded a bit, with some nice updates to their image & menu. Even though it was busy on a late Sunday morning, the service was great & everything moved smoothly. The staff were very friendly & helpful, which made the experience even better.
We tried a few dishes & everything hit the spot.
Bobby Discovers Istanbul was unique & full of flavour. The chicken patties with poached eggs, feta, spicy cucumber salad & za'atar yogurt all came together beautifully.
Huevos Rancheros was another winner with scrambled eggs, black beans, guacamole & salsa wrapped in tortillas.
For something sweet, we shared the banana, strawberry, blueberry & nocciolata waffles. They were rich & satisfying, with a nice mix of fruit, chocolate hazelnut ganache & vanilla cream.
& the pistachio latte was honestly one of the highlights. Creamy, smooth & something a little different from your usual coffee options.
The portions were generous, the prices were fair & the vibe was great. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area & looking for a solid brunch spot.
My wife & I had a fantastic brunch experience at L'Avenue Brossard recently! I opted for the Duck Truffle Benedict, & my wife enjoyed the Steak Benedict. Both dishes were absolutely delicious &, importantly for us, completely halal. It's wonderful to find such high-quality, inventive brunch options that cater to dietary needs. The flavors were perfectly balanced, & the presentation was beautiful. We highly recommend L'Avenue Brossard for anyone looking for a memorable & delicious meal! The pistachio latte was nice too. Highly recommend.
We've been coming to this restaurant for breakfast & brunch throughout the year, & every time we discover something new on the menu. But our all-time favorites remain the pistachio latte & the shakshuka!

It was great! Except I have a food sensitivity to eggs.. so I didn't have .any options.
I realize it's a brunch place, but it would have been nice to have a few more options to choose from.
It was either a 25$ toast with avocado & salmon or steak, or a sweet breakfast option. I ended up getting the Dubai Pistachio chocolate pancake. It was delicious, but way too sweet & large to finish. Had it for dessert that evening.
My friends all enjoyed their (egg) meals 🙏. If you're good with eggs this place is definitely worth a try!

My last visit to Brossard I was surprised to learn that they have turned an old Pizza Hut location into a L'Avenue restaurant! (I'm always curious to see what those nostalgic spaces with their iconic shape will become after Pizza Hut has abandoned them).
Besides the eye catching exterior, when we sat down I thought their menus were inspiring! The faces of employees have been transposed on album covers. So good! I may be putting my face on a Dua Lipa cover using ai sometime soon.
The brunch that I ordered was The Indecisive with Pistachio French Toast (L'Indécis avec Pain Doré Fourré à la Pistache). Because, you know me, I'm very indecisive! The flavors were impressive -- Perfectly seasoned potatoes that didn't even need ketchup, homemade sausage, & I was blown away by the beans! Maple infused flavor with a smokey umami. Perfect!
The food was delicious. I had The Indecisive with Dubai Chocolate Style French Toast I was amazing. The French toast had a crispy filling with loads of pistachio. The rest of the plate was really good but ordinary breakfast food. The portions are massive. The service was good but the restaurant was absolutely packed & FREEZING we must have been in the way of the AC because I wish I had brought my winter coat.

Visited L'Avenue Brossard around noon on a holiday, so a wait was expected, but it wasn't long at all. The service was excellent, & the portions were very generous. Everyone in our group was happy with their meal. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the smoothies for the price. The Indecisive with Dubai Chocolate Style French Toast was a standout - the crispy texture combined with the chocolate & pistachio flavors was fantastic!
Great breakfast experience! I went with my mom & we were treated very well, the food is the delicious & the service is fast & cordial. The pistachio coffeee is great, must try!
Wow. Best breakfast i've had ! The pistachio french toast was perfectly balanced with the fruit jam on top. Their branded hotsauce is so yummy, was not expecting it to be so good. Their smoothie is so fresh too ! I'd advise to come early or during the week, super busy, line out the door.

The pistachio latte was absolutely top-notch-rich, flavorful, & truly special. The pink smoothie was incredibly fresh & refreshing, & the Californian brunch was delicious with generous portions. Speaking of portions, everything here is quite filling, making it great value for the price. Service was impressively fast, & the staff was friendly & welcoming. Another big plus is that this location is more spacious than its Plateau branch, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food was incredible! I highly recommend the red shakshuka with naan, & the pistachio latte! Excellent staff & service too! It will definitely become my new go-to brunch spot!
