Depuis 1994, le restaurant L’Avenue est le lieu par excellence pour les amateurs de brunch et de déjeuners. Avec ses assiettes excentriques et ses portions généreuses, son ambiance festive et son service hors pair, L’Avenue est une expérience bien plus que culinaire !
Dans l'ensemble, L'Avenue offre des brunchs variés et généreux, avec des portions très importantes et une carte qui allie créativité et saveurs réconfortantes, des plats comme les œufs bénédictine, les pancakes, le pain doré et le latte à la pistache revenant fréquemment dans les retours. L'ambiance est dynamique et conviviale mais peut être bruyante et bondée, surtout le week-end, et l'attente peut être longue; le service est globalement apprécié pour sa rapidité et son accueil attentif, même si certaines expériences relèvent des écarts dans l'organisation. $100 brunch for two! Two lattes, one sangria, two complete breakfasts. I recommend the'Bobby takes Instanbul' & the'Bobby takes Dallas.' Also, amazing service & delicious food! The restaurant was spacious & uniquely decorated. We'd definitely return to explore the menu further.
Très belle découverte ! Le restaurant a une super ambiance & le service est vraiment chaleureux. Les plats étaient délicieux & bien présentés, on voit que les ingrédients sont frais. L'équipe prend le temps de s'assurer que tout est parfait pour les clients. Je vais définitivement revenir & recommander la place à mes amis.
The atmosphere is good here & with good service & so helpful. WOW the portions are hugh so have to pack home! The chicken sandwich is so amazing & they come with regular coffee. Definity will come for other menu.

C'est sur que si tu y va la fds, après 9h tu attend un bout. & tout les fois que j'y suis aller, tu attends longtemps pour la nourriture. Il faut regarder le menu avant d'y aller car c'est très spécial comme mélange de goût & leurs plats.
Par contre, c'est mon restaurant de choix pour les brunchs. Tellllllllement bon. Le vibe est vraiment bien. Très unique pour un restaurant. Je le recommande.
I was curious to see what they did with the Old Pizza Hut restaurant & they did a wonderful job,.it is now a fun & open space with lots of sport mementos.
The service was friendly & attentive. The menu is available by downloading on your smart phone, my companion almost walked out since he did not have his phone but mine was available & so were able to select the Ruben Benedictine & the Indecisive with very berry for our meal.
The food was not bad & definitely there was plenty of it. Is quantity more important than quality? Sadly our food was cold & the very berry offered as a treat a double stack of pancakes which was spread with green cream that must have been pistachios but looked like slime which was covered with sliced strawberries & blueberries. I'm sure it was edible but the look was unappealing. They offered pure maple sirop with it which is a big plus.
This is an interesting restaurant but we would recommend it for people under 30 who enjoy science fiction because the experience was out of this world.

Un des meilleurs restaurants déjeuner sur le boulevard Taschereau ! La nourriture est super fraîche & les employés sont super serviables & respectueux. Je recommande à tous ceux qui cherchent quelque chose de raisonnable & bon !
Vaste choix au menu. Beaucoup de choix de repas & boissons. Les portions sont généreuses & délicieuses. Par contre très bruyant comme ambiance. Idéal pour groupe d'amis & famille. L'attente était très longue avant de se faire assigner une table. Mais l'attente en vaut la peine. Si tu as très faim & tu veux manger vite fait, choisi un autre resto mais si tu es patient, je recommande.
Très bel endroit à Brossard pour un brunch original. Les portions sont très généreuses & les plats très bon. Le service est rapide & l'ambiance est cool. Nous y sommes allé avec une poussette & il n'y a pas eu de problème.
Le latte aux pistaches est super bon. Les pancake & les plats aussi.
Bien meilleur que celui de Montréal où j'avais été un peu déçu. Je recommande l'avenue Brossard à 100% !!

Good location, great food with lots of variety on menu,you will certainly find what you desire ,service was amazing
So far the setup was nice but I believe They could do much better with decoration & lighting,

Je voulais essayer ce restaurant depuis longtemps & c'est clair que je vais y retourner! Les portions sont genereuses, le personel est très amical & leur menu est tellement varié. Nous avons mangé sur leur terasse & j'ai essayé les crepes au toffee qui étaient super légère & gouteuse. Je recommande à 100%
My wife & I had a fantastic brunch experience at L'Avenue Brossard recently! I opted for the Duck Truffle Benedict, & my wife enjoyed the Steak Benedict. Both dishes were absolutely delicious &, importantly for us, completely halal. It's wonderful to find such high-quality, inventive brunch options that cater to dietary needs. The flavors were perfectly balanced, & the presentation was beautiful. We highly recommend L'Avenue Brossard for anyone looking for a memorable & delicious meal! The pistachio latte was nice too. Highly recommend.

Went with a friend for brunch. Great seating arrangement providing privacy & ability to have a conversation in a relatively quiet atmosphere. Waitress extremely personable & engaging. Food was a very reasonable portion size. I had the avocado smoked salmon toast & I loved it. Restaurant well situated with lots of parking available. Would definitely return & recommend.
My family & I were looking for a decent spot for a quick breakfast after a long drive when we stumbled into this place. To our surprise, the restaurant exceeded our expectations. It had a very pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. Our server was very respectful, & the large portions were a welcome bonus. Overall, I would definitely recommend grabbing a meal here.
This restaurant truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The food quality was top-notch-fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, & beautifully presented dishes. Every bite was delicious, & you can really tell the chefs take pride in their work. Whether it was the appetizers, main courses, or desserts, everything was absolutely satisfying.
The service was another highlight of the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, & very attentive without being intrusive. They made excellent recommendations & ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It's always nice to feel genuinely valued as a customer.
As for the prices, they were very reasonable considering the high quality of both food & service. Great value for money, especially compared to similar restaurants in the area.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place with excellent food, great service, & fair prices. It's definitely a spot I'll be returning to again soon! 😇
