Depuis 1994, le restaurant L’Avenue est le lieu par excellence pour les amateurs de brunch et de déjeuners. Avec ses assiettes excentriques et ses portions généreuses, son ambiance festive et son service hors pair, L’Avenue est une expérience bien plus que culinaire !
Dans l'ensemble, L'Avenue offre des brunchs variés et généreux, avec des portions très importantes et une carte qui allie créativité et saveurs réconfortantes, des plats comme les œufs bénédictine, les pancakes, le pain doré et le latte à la pistache revenant fréquemment dans les retours. L'ambiance est dynamique et conviviale mais peut être bruyante et bondée, surtout le week-end, et l'attente peut être longue; le service est globalement apprécié pour sa rapidité et son accueil attentif, même si certaines expériences relèvent des écarts dans l'organisation. Les clients louent souvent les portions généreuses, la présentation soignée et les associations sucré-salé, et reviennent tester d'autres plats et succursales, malgré quelques critiques sur certains choix du menu et sur la constance. The atmosphere is good here & with good service & so helpful. WOW the portions are hugh so have to pack home! The chicken sandwich is so amazing & they come with regular coffee. Definity will come for other menu.

Très bon service à la clientèle rien à redire à ce niveau là.
Toutefois je trouve les prix trop cher pour ce qu'on nous sert.
J'avais pris les bénédictines au saumon fumé. Le bagel n'avait pas été cuit, l'assiette semblait vide. C'était pas mauvais mais à ce prix je m'attendais à plus.
Mon conjoint toast à l'avocat bien belle mais à 23$ pour une seule toast & une mini salade ça n'était pas à la hauteur.
Je trouve qu'il y a de meilleures options pour un brunch ailleurs.
Toutefois je tiens encore à dire que le service était impeccable.
There seems to always be a wait but it's worth it- don't give up.
We got a booth, which was comfy & clean. Waitress was super prompt & professional.
1) got the bowl of nocilatta coffee.
2) kids nocilatta French toast (nocilatta is a hazelnut chocolate spread)
3) pork belly eggs Benedict
4) salmon eggs Benedict with beet pink hollandaise
Definitely the best meal we've had in a while. A nicer but casual setting - creative interior design, too. Clean bathroom facilities. Everything about this place was great.

It was great! Except I have a food sensitivity to eggs.. so I didn't have .any options.
I realize it's a brunch place, but it would have been nice to have a few more options to choose from.
It was either a 25$ toast with avocado & salmon or steak, or a sweet breakfast option. I ended up getting the Dubai Pistachio chocolate pancake. It was delicious, but way too sweet & large to finish. Had it for dessert that evening.
My friends all enjoyed their (egg) meals 🙏. If you're good with eggs this place is definitely worth a try!
My last visit to Brossard I was surprised to learn that they have turned an old Pizza Hut location into a L'Avenue restaurant! (I'm always curious to see what those nostalgic spaces with their iconic shape will become after Pizza Hut has abandoned them).
Besides the eye catching exterior, when we sat down I thought their menus were inspiring! The faces of employees have been transposed on album covers. So good! I may be putting my face on a Dua Lipa cover using ai sometime soon.
The brunch that I ordered was The Indecisive with Pistachio French Toast (L'Indécis avec Pain Doré Fourré à la Pistache). Because, you know me, I'm very indecisive! The flavors were impressive -- Perfectly seasoned potatoes that didn't even need ketchup, homemade sausage, & I was blown away by the beans! Maple infused flavor with a smokey umami. Perfect!
Very tasty & different menu compared to other breakfast restaurants. Nice design of the dish & drinks. They have creativity on recipes for pancakes & French toast. The use of s'ices also was different which we liked. The reason why I gave 4 stars is the vibe, it was a lot people on Saturday morning & it was packed, so noisy & I didn't feel relaxed. A bit pricey

Went with a friend for brunch. Great seating arrangement providing privacy & ability to have a conversation in a relatively quiet atmosphere. Waitress extremely personable & engaging. Food was a very reasonable portion size. I had the avocado smoked salmon toast & I loved it. Restaurant well situated with lots of parking available. Would definitely return & recommend.
The food was delicious. I had The Indecisive with Dubai Chocolate Style French Toast I was amazing. The French toast had a crispy filling with loads of pistachio. The rest of the plate was really good but ordinary breakfast food. The portions are massive. The service was good but the restaurant was absolutely packed & FREEZING we must have been in the way of the AC because I wish I had brought my winter coat.
Visited L'Avenue Brossard around noon on a holiday, so a wait was expected, but it wasn't long at all. The service was excellent, & the portions were very generous. Everyone in our group was happy with their meal. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the smoothies for the price. The Indecisive with Dubai Chocolate Style French Toast was a standout - the crispy texture combined with the chocolate & pistachio flavors was fantastic!
L'Avenue is one of my favorite spots for brunch, & I had the chance to try their new branch in Brossard with two friends. We went just before the end of 2024, so there was a long queue at the door. We waited a little over 30 minutes to be seated, but it was worth it!
The menu is extensive, offering something for every palate. I ordered a smoothie with dragon fruit, though I didn't taste it much; still, it was decent. I also tried the delicious dates' pancakes, which were very satisfying. My friend ordered the Dubai chocolate toast, & I must say, it's a must-try!
Everyone left happy with their choices, & we enjoyed every bite. Our waiter was attentive & responsive, & the overall atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend visiting this branch, whether you live nearby or a bit further away; it's definitely worth the trip!

Wow. Best breakfast i've had ! The pistachio french toast was perfectly balanced with the fruit jam on top. Their branded hotsauce is so yummy, was not expecting it to be so good. Their smoothie is so fresh too ! I'd advise to come early or during the week, super busy, line out the door.
I was surprised to find an Avenue in Brossard after trying it for the first time in Le Plateau years ago. The energy smoothie was kinda watery tasting, & the Mac & cheese was ok, the Saoudi French toast was delicious though. What really stood out was the service from our waitress Kelsey. She really went above & beyond to accommodate us, was bilingual & had very cool vibes. Good customer service is hard to find these days so we were very pleased.
Hands down the best breakfast experience I have ever had!! Our server was Sebastian, & from the moment we walked in he made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant (even though the place was packed). The level of customer service that we received was unparalleled & the food was so fresh & delicious! We had the Belle Mushroom Toast, The Gym Bro, & the Carrot Cake pancakes, & every dish was beautifully presented & tasted amazing!! We've been to other L'Avenue restaurants many times, but this place definitely takes the cake! Thank you so much Sebastian for the exceptional service & we will definitely be back, & will be recommending to everyone we know!!!! 🙌🏼😁

Food was okay, there was a little too much egg on the French toasts so it tasted more eggy than the actual flavours we thought of experiencing. Also, before coming to try the food, I read the reviews where it mentions halal food/halal options but when we came & asked, our waitress said there is no halal options/food. So I'm not sure what's true or not. If you could kindly let us know, that would be appreciated! The service was great though & so was the atmosphere!
Loved our experience, Rib-Eye Avocado Toast was simply mouth watering, & an amazing portion. The service I received by Ashley & her presence was delightful. She hit the service with 5 stars. I definitely recommend this restaurant :)
