Depuis 1994, le restaurant L’Avenue est le lieu par excellence pour les amateurs de brunch et de déjeuners. Avec ses assiettes excentriques et ses portions généreuses, son ambiance festive et son service hors pair, L’Avenue est une expérience bien plus que culinaire !

L'ambiance est dynamique et conviviale mais peut être bruyante et bondée, surtout le week-end, et l'attente peut être longue; le service est globalement apprécié pour sa rapidité et son accueil attentif, même si certaines expériences relèvent des écarts dans l'organisation. Les clients louent souvent les portions généreuses, la présentation soignée et les associations sucré-salé, et reviennent tester d'autres plats et succursales, malgré quelques critiques sur certains choix du menu et sur la constance. A brunch place with a refreshingly different menu & a vibrant athmosphere, if a bit noisy. All the food we ordered was great - from the basic Eggs Benedictine (pictured) to the Istanbul (very tasty & quite authentic - eggs just as my grandma made them in the Balkans). If you fancy a sweet drink in lieu of dessert, the speacialty coffee is tatsy & beautifully presented, especially the pistachio latte.
The butter on these pancakes 🧈🥞 is next-level 😍🔥. Honestly, some of the best pancakes in Montreal! Eggs & potatoes 🍳🥔 are fine, but the pancakes steal the show. Warm & heavenly 🤯💖💯.

I recently checked out the new L'Avenue in Brossard & was really impressed. It had been a while since I'd been to one of their locations, & this one feels new, lively & very well run. It does seem like they've rebranded a bit, with some nice updates to their image & menu. Even though it was busy on a late Sunday morning, the service was great & everything moved smoothly. The staff were very friendly & helpful, which made the experience even better.
We tried a few dishes & everything hit the spot.
Bobby Discovers Istanbul was unique & full of flavour. The chicken patties with poached eggs, feta, spicy cucumber salad & za'atar yogurt all came together beautifully.
Huevos Rancheros was another winner with scrambled eggs, black beans, guacamole & salsa wrapped in tortillas.
For something sweet, we shared the banana, strawberry, blueberry & nocciolata waffles. They were rich & satisfying, with a nice mix of fruit, chocolate hazelnut ganache & vanilla cream.
& the pistachio latte was honestly one of the highlights. Creamy, smooth & something a little different from your usual coffee options.
The portions were generous, the prices were fair & the vibe was great. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area & looking for a solid brunch spot.
There seems to always be a wait but it's worth it- don't give up.
We got a booth, which was comfy & clean. Waitress was super prompt & professional.
1) got the bowl of nocilatta coffee.
2) kids nocilatta French toast (nocilatta is a hazelnut chocolate spread)
3) pork belly eggs Benedict
4) salmon eggs Benedict with beet pink hollandaise
Definitely the best meal we've had in a while. A nicer but casual setting - creative interior design, too. Clean bathroom facilities. Everything about this place was great.
You know when they say'the food is better than sex' ? That couldn't be more true at L'Avenue Brossard.
My partner & I are frequent travelers & we always make a point to try the best cuisine in town & l'Avenue did not disappoint. We ordered two different kinds of Eggs Benedict dishes & it was nothing short of amazing. Each bite was a burst of perfectly balanced flavors that's rich, refined, & indulgent without being overpowering. It was an unforgettable culinary experience. 10/10 would come back again.

It was great! Except I have a food sensitivity to eggs.. so I didn't have .any options.
I realize it's a brunch place, but it would have been nice to have a few more options to choose from.
It was either a 25$ toast with avocado & salmon or steak, or a sweet breakfast option. I ended up getting the Dubai Pistachio chocolate pancake. It was delicious, but way too sweet & large to finish. Had it for dessert that evening.
My friends all enjoyed their (egg) meals 🙏. If you're good with eggs this place is definitely worth a try!

Great carrot cake pancake. Loved it. Thick but cooked through. Flavourful & decadent. Good job!
Ham is good & wished there was more. Eggs cooked exactly the way you ask. Yum.
Fun place to eat with pretty large portions but maaaan is it expensive for what it is...brunch. There are definitely better brunch places for a few more buck (i.e. finer, fusion, meatier or just plain more decadent experiences) but sure they might not be on the south shore or have ease of parking. You can still find some nice places in St-Lambert or even DIX30.
The service was really friendly, the food was amazing, I really loved the steak & eggs. I recommend it to everyone that passes by.

Stopped in for brunch with family. You get what you pay for & this place is premium all the way. I had the steak & eggs Benny with a Caesar & it was straight money. I'll be back next time I'm around.

One of my favorite brunch restaurants, & from a far ! Always fresh & delicious, the decorations are beautiful & the staff is very efficient & welcoming! I highly recommend the Indecis with pecan nuts, it is to die for, & don't forget to try their eggs Benedictine, you won't be disappointed!
I recently visited L'Avenue Brossard & had a good overall experience. The food was tasty, with generous portions, & I appreciated that the eggs are organic with healthy bread options available. A standout for me was the ability to substitute meat with non-veg options like guacamole, which is something I haven't seen in other breakfast-brunch restaurants. However, I wasn't a big fan of the potatoes. The ambiance is unique & pleasant, adding to the overall vibe of the place. The staff were friendly & provided good service, although it was a tad slow. Overall, a nice spot to enjoy a meal!
Les assietes sont incroyables. Service impeccable & le décor est vraiment cool! Le bénédictine steak & egg & les crepes aux gateau aux carottes juste wow!!!
Food was okay, there was a little too much egg on the French toasts so it tasted more eggy than the actual flavours we thought of experiencing. Also, before coming to try the food, I read the reviews where it mentions halal food/halal options but when we came & asked, our waitress said there is no halal options/food. So I'm not sure what's true or not. If you could kindly let us know, that would be appreciated! The service was great though & so was the atmosphere!

Beautiful decor, the ambiance is happy spirited , the drinks are refreshing ( martini espresso & rose Paloma ) & the eggs Benedict are perfectly balanced !! Amazing place to try. The manager carries her smile with her at each table & her laugh lifts up the ambiance. (I believe her name is Ashley). She is fabulous 🌹
