I was so happy to find this Tunisian restaurant. The food was amazing, the service was great, & I felt really welcomed.
I was absolutely impressed by how good the Tunisian food at La Medina was! This place definitely deserves the hundreds of 5 star ratings it has received so far! The owner was very welcoming & took the time to explain what to expect! I highly recommend listening to her suggestions!
Visited the restaurant with family for a quick diner, the restaurant is nice, the food authentic & tasty, & the service was quick & professional, great place to taste Mediterranean food & particularly Tunisian culinary art.
Passing through Trois Rivières, we stopped at La Medina for dinner. We don't know Tunisian food but the owner patiently explained the choices. We ordered ojja with chicken, shrimp & sausage. We also ordered kaftej with chicken & egg. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, unique & filling. Although the decor is plain, the North African music created a pleasingly exotic atmosphere. We wish we could get this food where we live in the USA.
A wonderful small restaurant with friendly staff & delicious Tunisian dishes. Surprisingly filling & the fries are cooked so well, you don't even need ketchup! The decor is a little sparse but it's still a very cozy place. I whole recommend to anyone who'd like to try something new or is tired of the same-old burgers & poutine.
First time trying Tunisian food & it was delicious. We had a plate with merguez with tomatoes base. It's spicy & keep wanting to eat it.
Went to'La Medina' for a lunch. The place was clean. The personnel was extremely efficient. They were helpful in choosing on the menu. Tried a mix of Tunisian drink , Tunisian food & some semi-local ones. This was a great quality-of-experience for us.
