On nous avait dit que nous avions la table jusqu'à 6h30. À 6h31 on est venu nous demander de quitter tout de suite. On attendait encore des plats.
Je crois qu'il y aurait eu d'autres façons de faire
À: venir nous informer qu'il nous restait que 10 minutes.
B: Nous aviser que nous en étions à notre dernière commande de plats.

Surtout qu'à notre départ il y avait encore 3 tables vides & 0 personne qui attendait une table.
On nous a cavalièrement littéralement mis dehors. Quelle mauvaise gestion, quel manque de respect! Je suis encore sous le choc!
C'était notre dernière fois chez Itacho…

La salle était bondée dès 17:00 un samedi soir alors ce restaurant plaît à certains palais… mais si vous êtes un amateur exigeant de bons sushis & sashimi, n'allez pas à ce restaurant. On a l'impression que les sushis ont été fait il y a 3 jours. Le général tao semblait aussi daté de 2-3 jours avec un poulet sec & coriace - le pire que j'ai mangé de ma vie. Le service était courtois & rapide. L'ambiance est bruyante. Le robot qui sert aux tables est efficace & amusant ….mais pour le reste, je vous recommande de payer plus cher ailleurs pour une meilleure qualité & un souper satisfaisant.

Le 5 étoiles va a Mathieu, service impéccable, à chaque fois qu'il nous manquait quelques chose...Mathieu était là & il s'occupait de la commande personnellement. Gros wow à toi.. Tu rehausse le service à la clientèle.. seul point négatif...changé votre recette de général tao...

Le robot était une drôle d'attraction, nous avons tout aimé jusqu'à la serveuse qui imitait le robot dans son attitude, une étoile de moins pour cela.
