Food is always good here. Unfortunately, not good enough to make up for the extremely poor customer service. We made a reservation for a large group of people; however, the staff let us know only upon my group's arrival that they'lost' our reservation & that we had to wait. Another staff member told us that they had our reservation but that they were so busy with other customers they couldn't keep it for us… I think they can't handle the lunch rush… Despite this, my group was patient because the staff did seem very busy & overwhelmed, so we overlooked this & waited for half an hour rather than going somewhere else. I wish we had decided to take our business elsewhere because the next issue arose when it came time to pay for our bill. Several staff members came to our table to search for the small piece of paper they use to track the dishes they served our table, despite having a QR code system… some even moved our belongings to search around them… Luckily my group normally keeps our own receipt of what we order so as to avoid being overcharge (we took a screenshot of what we ordered through their online system). We offered this to the staff but they insisted they needed the paper in order to pay & wouldn't let us leave. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation that seemed totally unnecessary. They eventually agreed to rely on our screenshot that we took of our order but they gave us a LOT OF ATTITUDE.
Needless to say, the staff treat their customers like garbage. Although the food definitely could be worth the wait, the poor service is definitely not worth your hard earned money & self-respect.
Unfortunately, I won't be returning. While the food was good, the service was very disappointing.
When we arrived for our reservation, we were told it had been lost. We were a group of 12, including elderly guests & small children, & ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. The host insisted the entire group needed to be present-which we were-but the entrance was crowded with other guests waiting, & the situation felt very disorganized for such a large restaurant.
The second issue occurred when it was time to pay. The staff began searching frantically for a small piece of paper they said was necessary to process our bill. It was likely cleared away with the dishes, but it's hard to understand why this paper was so critical, especially since we had ordered through their QR code system. There should have been an electronic record of our order.
Despite showing them a screenshot of the bill from the QR system, they would not allow us to leave until the paper was found. They even asked us to'check under the table' & go through our belongings to help locate it. Why not just print a copy?
Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, organization, & efficiency.
Upon entering the restaurant, no one greeted us. After waiting at the counter for several minutes, a Lady came to the counter, ignoring me & another customers. As soon as I greeted her with'Hi, how are you?', she immediately interrupted me, saying,'Dno't order here, wait beside the door,' while simultaneously gesturing a refusal. I had never seen such rudeness from a restaurant receptionist. The customers waiting behind me also looked astonished. My friend & I left the restaurant right away. I will never go there again.
If you would like real Chinese food, don't look anymore & come here. You will not regret it.
I ordered delivery. This has happened before where the noodles from the flat beef noodles dish arrived like this, which is unacceptable. Noodles were soggy & in many little peices.
Extremely poor service!! The place was half empty on a Friday night at 7h00 & they could not be bothered coming to our table (small group of 6) to offer us water &/or ask if we wanted to purchase beer or wine to go with our food. Also, we kept a menu to order a second round of food, but they never came back after the first service to ask if we still wanted to order more. Oh, & they don't want to make separate bills, it's one bill per table & you figure it out amongst yourselves after. It says it on each menu, only one bill per table!!! We will never going back...

Your food is delicious but you have VERY, VERY bad service. Your floor staff is rude, ignores people & they are very slow... Everone we talk to about your Pointe-Claire restaurant make the same comments. Maybe you only want to service Chinese people? If not you have to GREATLY improve waiters & waitresses training & teach them to be friendly, pay attention to customers requests & more rapid.

Just went there qgain. Even better than last time. Lots of free parking a great selection of items fresh & served hot.

It's overhyped. While the food is good, the service is pretty bad. Kinda expensive too for dim sum.
Not sure why this place has such bad reviews, came with the family & everything was delicious & the service was amazing.
Looking for a quick, delicious hot lunch at a great price? Their dim sum is a must-try - absolutely love it!
Beautiful place! Great service! Delicious food! First time here & I'll definitely be back soon! A must try!
