The food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible.

We had to ask multiple staff members just to get someone to take our order. Eventually, we had to ask the hostess to send someone to our table. Even after our food arrived, we were left without water. When we asked for some, we were told to ask our waiter instead of anyone actually helping us.

After being there for about an hour, we ended up getting our own water. Thankfully, one waiter eventually noticed & helped us.

The food is good, but the service completely ruined the experience. Staff were inattentive, & we felt like we had to chase someone down for basic service. Definitely needs improvement.

Food was good, but service was lacking. We asked several servers for water, & each time they said: ask the waiter. What do they mean? They were bringing the food to us. Doesn't that mean they are not wait staff? We had to go to the hostess, & then she had to find a'waiter' to get the water. In normal establishments, we normally get water before we order. This place is different to say the least.

Excellent service, best Chinese food in West Island, the restaurant is so spacious with a super high ceiling & the price is not expensive too, l recommend to everyone should try it.
