La commande se fait majoritairement via QR code et les plats arrivent vite, ce qui est apprécié par la clientèle, même si le service peut être inégal lorsque le restaurant est très fréquenté. Le cadre est décrit comme spacieux et convivial mais parfois bruyant et bondé, surtout les weekends, et le stationnement peut être un peu difficile. Quelques expériences évoquent des soucis de propreté, des plats gras ou des saveurs manquantes et des lenteurs de service lorsque le personnel est insuffisant. Dans l’ensemble, Restaurant Impérial est considéré comme une référence pour le dim sum dans la région, avec des choix variés et une expérience rapide et familiale, malgré des variations d’une visite à l’autre.
Been to this place a couple time in the past. Never good. Dim sum taste is soso. Bad customer service. Not allow to be in when you don't have all guest at the time of entry (it wasn't a nice way when they do so). Waitress will rush with the push cart inside the restaurant, makes you feel with an atmosphere of urgency, they don't look carefully for children's around.) Staff never smiles.
Note: This is the perspective from a northerner, friend who was a southerner said it was a great experience & loved the food. The food was okay, but there are definitely dishes that should not have been called what they are. Especially the mapo tofu, a mockery of the dish (but I guess that's understandable since this is more of a dim sum resturant rather than a sichuan resturant). Everything else was okay, the bbq platter was decent, but cold from the start. They don't skimp on portions though. Just not to my taste, I wouldn't pay this much again for this little flavour.
The food quality is standard. The server we got is what I had the biggest issue with. My spouse & I have two young toddlers & from the time we sat down, the waiter seems to be very impatient. We don't get much free time eating out as a family because of two youngsters but we managed to find time on Saturday evening. The waiter gave us an attitude every time we asked for: forks, water, plain white rice. Plus the kitchen messed up our orders (forgot to deliver one dish & the other one completely wrong dish) & we didn't complain. When I paid at the cashier, the waiter had the audacity to be behind me to check the amount of tip. I gave a nice 18% just to finish the evening & to go home & never recommend or go back to Imperial. Don't even ask me how much the service really deserves; it's just not worth the hassle.
Great atmosphere for Dim Sum. Family friendly. Lots of space. Clean toilets. Friendly & welcoming staff. Great food with QR code accessed website ordering for the table. English friendly.
Je visite ce restaurant seulement pour les célébrations de la communauté Mauritienne chinoise à Brossard, je ne raffole de leur cuisine, par contre j'aime le service & l'ambiance.

Maybe its not for me but i'd rather go to kam fung down the street. Menu choices are very little for dim sum & requires a qr code to order. Haven't tried their a la carte menu but let's be real, it's a dum sum place & should not be ordering a la carte canto/szechuan dishes. Not worth the gas unless you live in the shore. Better choices in the city for the same price point for dim sum.
Have been trying out different restaurants on the south shore, & this is the worst one so far. 1, food is salty & lack of flavor; 2, beef noodle salty & noodles were broken in to soft pieces; 3, cold draft of air from the ceiling on a cold winter day; 4, services were very basic - 0 interests or passion; 5, cleanness - tea pot had tea leaves on the exterior - disgusting Will surely not return.
