Ça en vaut pas la peine / not worth it. Mon ami & moi avons pris le sandwich Philly cheesesteak & poulet Buffalo. Le Philly cheesesteak était correct, mais rien d'incroyable. Celui au poulet Buffalo goûtait comme un junior au poulet plus fancy. Ça goûtait plus la mayo & la laitue que la sauce Buffalo.
Si vous trouvez que ça vaut 20$ pour ces sandwichs là vous avez trop d'argent à dépenser & devriez faire un don à Moisson Montréal à la place.
Premier essai pour moi ce lundi 8 septembre 2025 dans cette sandwicherie du Mile-End/Le Plateau avec le sandwich au roast beef italien au jus & c'est un 10/10. Délicieux! Merci! Bel ajout dans le quartier.
Nous avons pris un sandwich à la mortadelle avec artichauts & un à la dinde. Les deux étaient excellents! La viande est fraîche, les ingrédients sont savoureux & que dire de la sauce! Ambiance chaleureuse, mais les places sont quand même assez restreintes. Nous allons y retourner assurément!
I had such a high after the 1st time I went, I got the porchetta. Great sandwich packed full, just a little under salted. I went back thinking I'd try something new & the Italian beef caught my eye & I wish it hadn't... The Italian beef was pink, chewy & cold inside, also under seasoned. It was not enjoyable at all. I haven't tried everything, & at 15$ a pop it's a once a month kind of place. But that Italian beef really turned me off. Not sure when I'll get back to Renzo's. Also smilling at your customers won't kill you, the guy that handed me the sandwich looked like he hated life.
Le nouveau roi du sandwich Italien à Montréal. Moi qui est un régulier des sandwichs Italien je viens de trouver mon endroit de prédilection. C'est propre, accueuillant, mais surtout délicieux. Les portion sont très généreuses & très gouteuse. Mon ami qui mange 1,5 sandwich au poulet dans une autre sandwicherie Italienne a eu de la misère a terminer son sandwich.
Les meilleurs sandwichs à Montréal!! It's a must!! Frais, de qualité & original. Beaucoup de choix pour plaire à tous le monde. J'ai testé presque le menu au complet, rien à dire !!!
New sandwich place in the neighborhood! It seems to be a trend lately but I'm not complaining, I love a good sandwich. This place has a cool retro, hipster vibe. Not much seating (only 4 booths of 2 & a counter top for 6 people), but there is lots of places to eat outside. I got the chicken Cesar & the ingredients were very fresh, the chicken juicy, & the bread airy & not too tough. I wish the chicken had a bit more seasoning or that they added a bit more sauce. Overall the sandwich's was really good but missing a bit of kick. My boyfriend got the chicken buffalo & it was very tangy! I loved the mix of flavours of the buffalo sauce with the chicken & the pickles. The sauce was a bit too sour for me but I had a couple of bites & it was good!
I would definitely come back since it's so close to Kem Coba & it's the perfect meal + dessert combo!
Prometteur mais déçu. Je reviendrai réessayer car ça devrait facilement être un 4 étoile mais c'est dommage:
- Phillycheese steak: très sucré & la sauce fromagère ne fait pas du tout la job. C'est gras & manque de texture. L'absence de fromage fondu dedans fait vraiment défaut je trouve que ça rééquilibrerait bcp mieux le sandwich
- Cubano: on vous vend du chimichurri mais en fait c'est apparement le porc qui est cuit dedans. Résultat aucune sauce dans le sandwich à part une épaisseur de moutarde. Porc coupé très finement façon charcuterie & non rôti donc pas juteux ça n'aide pas c'est bcp trop sec.
La sauce Renzo (vendue 10$ la grande bouteille) est super bonne. Pourquoi ne pas en mettre dans vos sandwichs à défaut…
Staff sympa & pour le coup service rapide malgré qu'il y avait bcp de monde.
