We stopped there by chance & I ordered Philly cheesesteak. Well, I understand that steak is so expensive these days, but that doesn't justify to use the lowest quality of beef to serve your customers, even the marinating tastes weird!
They'd rather remove Philly cheesesteak from the menu or rename the sandwich, or use real steak & higher the price.
However I will give another chance for other sandwiches but definitely not the so called Philly cheesesteak.
Magnifique comptoir a sandwich. Artisanal, frais, santé. Belle découverte. Vous devez absolument terminé votre sandwich avec un morceau de key lime pie. Recette maison qui authentique au vrais key lime pies de Key West.
Alors, nous avons commandé un sandwich roast beef. Très generous quantité de viande. & un sandwich au poulet frit. Honnêtement, le poulet frit n'est pas dans les cordes… à l'exception de leurs sandwich. Tellement frais, croustillant & généreux. & le pain!!! Une baguette authentique fraîche. Oui, c'est un peu dispendieux pour un sandwich mais ça vaut le coût pour de la qualité.
L'ambiance est très mignonne. Pas beaucoup de place pour s'assoir mais c'est un bar à sandwich ! Je recommande fortement.

After watching an influencer's review, I decided to pay this establishment a visit. I ordered a no.2 (Philly Cheesesteak), a no.4 (Cubano), & a no.6 (Roast Beek Italian).
Staff is in-tune with one another like a well-oiled machine. They are respectful. They all make efforts to keep their work area clean. Bravo!
As stated on the menu, the Philly Cheesesteak is VERY messy. Delicious. Nowhere as good as the real Philly deal, mind you, but worthy.
The Cubano was meh. The mixture of ingredients didn't sit well with my tastebuds. It wasn't bad, no, but if I ever visit this place again, I won't be ordering it again.
The Roast Beef Italian was the best of all three sandwiches. The horseradish mayo wasn't my favorite, but at least I tried it & will know for next time.
Prices are reasonable as their sandwiches are LOADED with ingredients. Parking can be a real PITA so prepare yourself mentally before visiting this place.
I'm so glad to know about this place! I hope they are one of the places that will stay for a long long time! I saw a lot of complaints about the philly cheesesteak but I loved it! I do hope there's more onion that banana peppers tho. The poulet caesar was normal for me. I love the ambiance. I can't wait to go back & try the roast beef!
Probablement le meilleurs sandwich de Montréal, pis j'ai essayé beaucoup de place, on a pris un Contract juste a côté juste pour aller manger là-bas a tous les jours, essayé le corned beef, très surprenant
I had the corned beef sandwich & tried the buffalo chicken sandwich, both absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was nice with the workers & the design was beautiful

J'ai optée pour le corned beef aux cornichons MIAM! J'ai également testée le latte au sirop romarin & sirop d'érable & j'ai vraiment été agréablement surprise !

J'ai pris le sub classique & laissez moi vous raconter mon expérience. Le sub classique n'a rien d'un sandwich classique. C'est une explosion de saveurs en bouche, c'est une expérience pour les papilles gustatives. En tant que fan de sandwich, je dois dire que je suis plus que satisfait du sub classique. Ma copine a pris le Corned beef, encore une fois, c'est réussi comme sandwich, fine cuisine & fin service sur place.
For a $18 sandwich, I really expected more than just lettuce for vegetables, especially when it takes up over 60% of the filling. The beef was underseasoned & crumbly as well. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because I understand how difficult the current business environment is, but cutting food quality shouldn't be the solution.
Shout out to everyone at Renzo this is a sandwich place the city was waiting for many choices I would say my top 3 would be corn beef, Philly cheese but they are alll very good
The roast beef & tomatoe sandwiches left much to be desired. Both were underseasoned, with the bread feeling plain & uninspired, & an overwhelming amount of lettuce that detracted from the overall flavour. The roast beef was at least cooked well, size was decent & price was good.
The atmosphere initially piqued my interest, offering a unique vibe, but that excitement quickly faded once the disappointing flavour of the sandwiches became apparent.
To top it off, the chocolate chip cookie was a major letdown - dry & stale, it lacked the freshness & gooey texture you'd expect. It's surprising how such a simple classic can be mishandled so thoroughly.
Overall, the experience fell short of expectations on both taste & execution.

Very disappointing. Not horrible, but disappointing. I ordered the italian roast beef. The bread itself was fresh & delicious however there was so much unseasoned shredded lettuce that it made my entire sandwich flavorless. The meat was also cold which isn't what comes to mind when you order a roast beef sandwich. My friends enjoyed their Renzo Sandwich, the chicken was crunchy, however also mentioned it was under seasoned. They said of all, the Philly Cheesesteak was the best.

I had such a high after the 1st time I went, I got the porchetta. Great sandwich packed full, just a little under salted. I went back thinking I'd try something new & the Italian beef caught my eye & I wish it hadn't... The Italian beef was pink, chewy & cold inside, also under seasoned. It was not enjoyable at all. I haven't tried everything, & at 15$ a pop it's a once a month kind of place. But that Italian beef really turned me off. Not sure when I'll get back to Renzo's. Also smilling at your customers won't kill you, the guy that handed me the sandwich looked like he hated life.
been there 3 times in a week to 10 days never got my sandwich,,,,wanted roast beef they dont have . first time was a little late maybe 7 o clock no roast beef , no philly 2nd time no roast beef at about 7 30 3rd time about an hour ago no roast beef i say ill take a philly no onions as i cant eat them ,,sorry its made with them in it....pre made philly steak....guess im not going back 3 times u run out of the same thing in about a week ,,,prepare more but i dont care wont go back
