Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.
Overall, Ramen Isshin is praised for flavorful broths, satisfying noodles, and a warm, cozy atmosphere, with attentive service and quick turnarounds in many visits, and the menu offers a wide range of toppings and styles, with several reviewers calling it one of the best ramen spots in town, though some find the prices high for what is served and a few experiences note slower service or uneven execution.
The ramen was very salty. The service was okay. Prices are okay as well. When I was eating I found hair in my food twice. In the takoyaki & in the ramen we ordered along me & my friend. To finish this off , when we were about to go & pay off our bill the waitress couldn't split our bill in two so I had to pay full price which made it a huge issue. Quite unpleasant.
Première fois chez Ramen isshin & c'est de loin la meilleure soupe ramen. On a choisi aussi des gyosa avec un okonomiaki & TOUT était excellent. Le personnel est très chaleureux & leur service est impeccable. Je recommande !!

I am Japanese & a big fan of ramen, but this place has impressed me the most among all the ramen shops I've tried in Montreal. The type of noodles changes depending on the soup, & they were so firm & tasty that they were delicious even on their own. Today, I had the Miso & Shoyu ramen, but next time, I'll try the Shio ramen as well. I would also like to add that the bright & friendly staff provide excellent service, & you won't hesitate to leave a tip. haha! Their smiles will make your meal even more enjoyable.

I recently visited Ramen Isshin in Montreal, & while our server was friendly & attentive, our overall experience was marred by the kitchen staff's handling of our concerns. Initially, we were greeted by a server who was pleasant & accommodating. However, when the kitchen staff member came out to take our order, his demeanor was abrupt & unwelcoming. Our meal began with edamame that was overly salted, but we chose not to complain at that point. When the ramen arrived, we quickly realized that it was also excessively salty, making it difficult to enjoy. We hesitated to mention it, but ultimately decided to inform our server, who was understanding & assured us she would communicate our feedback to the kitchen. Unfortunately, the response from the kitchen staff was less than professional. The same individual returned, displaying a confrontational attitude, stating that we should have indicated our preference beforehand & that he wouldn't modify the dish in the future. This left us confused, as it was our first visit, & we had no way of knowing the food's saltiness. When the remade bowls arrived, we were disappointed to find that they were not full & seemed to be a reduced portion, presumably based on the assumption that we had consumed some of the original bowls. Additionally, the quality of the ramen did not improve, remaining mediocre at best. In summary, while the service from our server was commendable, the kitchen's response to our feedback was unprofessional, detracting significantly from our dining experience. I hope they can address these issues, as the concept has potential.
