Moins bon ramen de ma vie.

Nous avons tous pris des Shoyo ramen classiques.
Le sashu de porc était vraiment écoeurant en gout & texture, le bouillon était décevant mais les pates étaient bonnes & les pousses de bambou aussi.
Je ne recommande vraiment pas !
Sans parler du service (mais c'était peut être juste un mauvais jour, ça peut arriver !).

Pour référence Kodawari Ramen à Paris serait un 10/10, là où Yokato Yokabai (rue Rachel, il y a souvent beaucoup de queue par contre) serait un 8/10, celui-ci serait un 4/10 en étant tous au même prix à peu près.

Ramen Isshin est maintenant ma place de Ramen préférée à Montréal. Un bouillon au porc délicieux ( qui se rapproche de ce que j'ai goûté au Japon), de bons toppings & des huiles parfumées. J'ai goûté la version végé pour voir si un bouillon végé peut accoter le bouillon au porc, & j'ai été agréablement surpris. Le bouillon était délicieux. C'est un Ramen qui mérite d'être goûté une fois dans sa vie!

Excellent place! The service is really fast & also very friendly. We tried two different ramens & both were good & tasty, would prefer if they were serve a little bit hotter, but other than that it is was really good!

Good & fast service & the atmosphere is pretty good & cozy. Would've liked more space to sit but that's my only caveat. As for the ramen, I ordered the spicy miso & it was very tasty & well balanced. I would've like the broth to be me warmer but can't complain about anything else. Very recommended !

Great place in Mont-Royal to get good ramen, the miso base is very tasty & enriched with flavor, for the spicy lovers it is strongly suggested to get the Red Dragon ramen. Happy hour available for beers! Great place for dates & small groups, the team is amazing!
