Le Rail Coal Fire Bistro voit d’abord le jour en 2010; un humble début motivé par une passion pour la bonne bouffe et l’appréciation des petits plaisirs de la vie. Fondé sur l’importance fondamentale d’offrir à ses clients une expérience rehaussée avant tout axée sur l’utilisation d’ingrédients frais et originaux, le Rail a su rapidement s’établir comme réel incontournable.

I came to the rail Saturday night with my husband & it was an amazing experience. The food & service was amazing . Even for a busy Saturday night we did not have to wait long for anything we orders & our server was very attentive. The manager David also came to our table to make sure everything was good & that was a nice touch! Would definitely go back again & bring more people!
