Ma fille & moi sommes allées, on avait demandé une degustation, l'employée nous a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas nous en donner plus d'un. J'étais surprise, car le couple devant nous avait pu goûter plusieurs saveurs sans restriction. Quand j'en ai parlé à la responsable, sa première réaction a été de dire que ce n'était pas du racisme. What??? Premier & dernière fois que j'achète dans cet endroit.

The employee called Rachel was an absolute sweetheart when me & my wife ordered our gelatos. She was incredibly helpful & even recommended us her personal favourites. She definitely made the whole experience a lot better. Totally recommend.

Habituellement, j'adore les boutiques Qwelli, mais aujourd'hui l'expérience était malheureusement inacceptable.
L'employée qui travaillait le samedi soir ( vers 20h) , celle avec des lunettes, n'a clairement aucune manière & ne semble pas à sa place dans un poste de service à la clientèle.
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la caisse pour commander, nous l'avons saluée, mais elle ne nous a ni répondu ni salués. Elle nous a simplement dit d'un ton froid & sec : « Est-ce que vous avez commandé? »
Nous lui avons répondu que non, & sans dire un mot, elle nous a pointé l'avant du magasin de façon arrogante. Nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait commander ailleurs avant d'aller à la caisse.
Ensuite, nous lui avons posé une simple question pour savoir s'il y avait la machine à crème glacée. Elle a répondu « non », encore une fois de façon très sèche, sans aucune politesse.
Dans un commerce, un minimum de respect & de courtoisie devrait être attendu envers les clients. Ce genre d'attitude rend l'expérience vraiment désagréable.
Nous sommes sortis de là avec un sentiment d'être mal accueillis & dérangés, ce qui est très décevant pour un endroit que nous aimions habituellement beaucoup.
If a little boy tries is entering the place as the staff is about to close. Before the door is closed & when there are still clients. Would you refuse to serve the two little boys aged 4 & 7? When clients were saying'come on, you can't say no to these smiles' would you kick them out & threaten to call security! Would you call the father entitled in front all the clients & frighten the boys? This was the scene at your shop in roylamount. Zero sense of judgment, very rude & plain ignorance.
I've been a regular client of Qwelli downtown. I can tell that the customer service here in Royalmount is even better thanks to the employee called Rodela. She's so welcoming & helpful. She deserves a raise!
It was my first time here at Royal mount mall. It has really good hype & long queues because of its good taste & great quality.
The price is little more but because of quality & variety the prices covers everything. The ice cream is available in cups,cones & shakes also available.Overall, it a great place to enjoy ice creams.
lots of gelato & sorbet options. the service is friendly & quick on a regular night. For sure in the summer they have longer lines. I personally love their s'mores flavour. This is my second time at this location & will continue coming back.
Gelato was delicious but be careful, they automatically charge you tips without telling you. I thought they forgot so I gave extra in the tip cup! Is their practice legal?

Le choix de saveurs est impressionnant & les couleurs éclatantes donnent envie de tout essayer. Les goûts sont riches & gourmands - un vrai plaisir pour les papilles ! Par contre, en grande quantité, c'est un peu trop sucré à mon goût. Il y avait beaucoup de monde & seulement deux employés, donc l'attente était un peu longue.
