A few weeks ago, I left a 5-star review because I genuinely loved this place. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been very disappointing. Both times there was a strong unpleasant smell inside, almost like sulfur or a sewage/plumbing issue. I mentioned it to the cashier during my first visit, but when I came back a week later, the smell was still there. For a premium gelato shop with premium prices, customers should be able to enjoy their ice cream in a clean & pleasant environment. The gelato is still great, but the odor is hard to ignore & really takes away from the experience.

The assorted gelato & wafers were a win after the Sixers game, but let's be honest, I was the best thing in the room tonight. If you think you can handle someone like me, I am open to a message from a guy who knows his worth.

I have nothing negative to say about the food-the flavors were excellent, & everything was delicious.

However, two staff members, a woman wearing glasses & a man wearing glasses, looked at me, mocked my appearance & the way I speak, & laughed among themselves. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful & unprofessional. It is not the kind of conduct I would expect from a business like this. I hope the management addresses this issue so that no other customer has a similar experience.

Malheureusement je suis déçu de la qualité des sorbets par rapport aux dernières années, les sorbets mangue, orange & fraise sont devenus beaucoup trop sucrées ce qui a caché les saveurs du fruit. Avant on avait l'impression de croquer dans un fruit ce qui n'est plus le cas, maintenant on goûte le sucre & un arrière goût de fruit. Le sorbet citron est plus sucré que d'habitude mais ça encore un goût prononcé de citron. Les prix sont rendus très cher : 7,25$ pour le petit pot. Ça sera ma dernière visite.

Well balanced flavors but a bit pricey. We tried cheesecake, creamy strawberry, chocolate & mango sorbet. All were delicious.

Went to Qwelli on Curé Antoine Labelle in Laval & Magalie was great. Quick, accurate, & had a smile the whole time. Got my order done perfectly without any fuss. She also helped me pick a new fav flavor which is Orange Pop. Exactly the kind of service you want, simple, efficient, & genuinely friendly. Especially during a rush hour (a friday night with nice weather)
