We went to Quatro Bistro yesterday & had such a great experience from start to finish. Every single plate was beautifully presented & full of flavor.

The ceviche was fresh & perfectly balanced. The yucca fries were crispy on the outside & soft inside, seasoned just right. The calamari was tender & the plantains had that perfect sweet-savory contrast. The lomo saltado was a standout. Super tender, well-seasoned, & paired perfectly with the rice. Comforting & packed with flavor.

I also had a pisco sour, which was to die for! It was honestly one of the best I've had.

Beyond the food, the service was warm, attentive, & welcoming without being overbearing. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed.

We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you're in the area & looking for amazing food, great drinks, & a fantastic overall experience.

Quatro Bistro est tout simplement le meilleur endroit pour déguster un ceviche exceptionnel. Leur ceviche est d'une fraîcheur incroyable, parfaitement équilibré entre l'acidité, la douceur & les épices. Les fruits de mer sont tendres, savoureux & marinés à la perfection, avec des accompagnements comme le maïs, l'oignon rouge & la laitue qui ajoutent texture & fraîcheur à chaque bouchée.

Le riz servi à côté est léger, parfumé & se marie parfaitement avec la sauce crémeuse du ceviche - un vrai confort food, mais version raffinée.

& pour couronner le tout : le pisco sour. Un incontournable ici. Frais, bien dosé, légèrement acidulé, il complète merveilleusement le plat. Vous pouvez aussi l'accompagner d'autres cocktails ou vins proposés par le bistro - tout est pensé pour une expérience complète & élégante.

✨ Ambiance chaleureuse, présentation soignée, saveurs authentiques :
Quatro Bistro est sans aucun doute la meilleure adresse pour un ceviche au top, accompagné d'un bon verre.
Un coup de coeur absolu - à refaire encore & encore !

C'est un restaurant agréable, avec une bonne ambiance & un service correct. La cuisine semble adaptée aux saveurs locales, donc elle n'est pas authentique du point de vue péruvien (du point de vue haïtien, je ne sais pas). Ce serait acceptable si les prix n'étaient pas aussi élevés. Le lomo saltado est hors de prix & la portion est petite. Idem pour le ceviche.
