Un petit trésor pour se sentir ailleurs. Les cocktails le riz chauffa & le grillo sont délicieux. Le proprio & même reste quelques minutes d'après la fermeture pour me permette de venir chercher une commande. 😊

Uber drivers avoid ! Be there several times no one was ready when. You're arrived! Very very slow service! Never on time! Very bad for delivery drivers ! If you don't have the capacity to take on the job, please stop wasting other people's time. We're all trying to make a living

Tout est excellent! En plus les propriétaires sont super accueillants & sympathiques! Ça fait du bien des restos uniques comme celui-ci, dans notre ville dominé par les chaînes de restauration. Longue vie au Quatro 🥳

We went to Quatro Bistro yesterday & had such a great experience from start to finish. Every single plate was beautifully presented & full of flavor.

The ceviche was fresh & perfectly balanced. The yucca fries were crispy on the outside & soft inside, seasoned just right. The calamari was tender & the plantains had that perfect sweet-savory contrast. The lomo saltado was a standout. Super tender, well-seasoned, & paired perfectly with the rice. Comforting & packed with flavor.

I also had a pisco sour, which was to die for! It was honestly one of the best I've had.

Beyond the food, the service was warm, attentive, & welcoming without being overbearing. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed.

We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you're in the area & looking for amazing food, great drinks, & a fantastic overall experience.
