Very cool atmosphere & delicious food. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area. Cocktails were delicious! If I rated the food for appetizers alone, I would give a 5/5. However, sadly the lamb shank was not what I was hoping for. The seasoning is unlike any other lamb shank I've eaten & did not accentuate the flavor of the lamb. The couscous & side salad were bland & without much flavor. I recommend the scotch egg, escargot, & polpettes as appetizers!
Wow. Just Wow. So happy that we ducked into this pub last night. I highly recommend the beef stroganoff pie & a pint of the eponymous cream ale. There were many other items on the menu which I hope to try on future visits to Montreal.

Great food, great atmosphere, great vibes! We had a large group for brunch & our servers were incredibly attentive & brought everything out in a reasonable fashion. The food was spectacular & those who had cocktails said they were delicious. Definitely recommend for a casual but nice occasion meal.
The bar is excellent, from the service to the cocktail menu, the staff were very friendly & got to know our group. They remembered us after we have come back the following day. We didn't eat except the fries, & they were hype. Would recommend
The house cream ale is delicious. The staff were kind & accommodating for our large group. The atmosphere was ruckusly casual. It was quite busy & reservations are recommended for peak days & times.

Great good, super cosy atmosphere & friendly & happy staff... Definitely recommend for anyone that is feeling comfort food. Would recommend the homemade scotch egg !
We came to Wolf & Workman all 3 days we were in Montreal. Excellent & friendly service. Really good cocktails & beer & really delicious food - the chicken pot pie is a must! Every time we were greeted with a smile & efficient seating, even at their busiest. Highly recommend stopping in for a drink or meal if you're in Old Montreal!!
We had a fun & festive evening at Wolf & Workman with a group of friends right before the holidays. Food & drinks were great & Trivia Night was a blast! We will definitely go back again. Highly recommend this warm & cozy pub in Old Montréal!
What an amazing pub! Absolutely blown away by my experience here. I ordered the chicken pot pie as I was recommended to try their pies. & I can truely say the pies do not disappoint! It was delicious, perfectly seasoned & the crust was so flakey & perfectly baked. I almost burned my mouth because the flavours were so good I couldn't wait for the pie to cool (Definitely a good problem to have). The service was also excellent! Despite not having a reservation we were seated quickly & our server was extremely friendly & made us feel like we had been going to the pub for years. I felt so welcome & that totally made my experience an unforgettable one. The atmosphere of the pub is great, I felt like I was transported to England. Warm & cozy, it felt how a true pub should feel. If you are ever in the area I 100% recommend going, you will love the food & it will feel like a special meal for sure!
My daughter had the chicken pot pie & I had the beef stroganoff pot pie. Both were amazing but the clear winner was the beef pie. Possibly the best thing I've ever tasted. The stone interior was beautiful. The server was very busy, as it's a popular place so we had to flag her down to get the bill. She did come by once to see how the food was. I highly recommend this place.

We came for lunch & were not that impressed by the choice of lunch menu so decided to get 3 appys. The hummus, the scotch egg, , & the meatballs. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere is awesome as we sat outside in the courtyard, & the food was excellent. The scotch egg is the best I have had ever. Highly recommend the place & would suggest they expand the menu if you have that good of chefs working there. As a former chef….challenge yourself!
I have been visiting this place for 5 years for various occasions, & the service has been excellent! Never disappoints to meet up to expectations. Always recommend.
We've been visiting the pub for a few months now & we're always very happy with quality of the food & the staff are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure all is well & that their customers can get safely home if the need arise. The music is always on point . I recommend a visit for drinks or dinner or family get together to enjoy this fabulous Pub.
