Review Summary

Reviews describe Presse Café as a spacious, bright and welcoming spot with a cozy vibe that works well for studying, working or catching up with friends. The two-story layout and large windows are praised for natural light, and outdoor seating is enjoyed. Staff are generally friendly and efficient, with positive notes on service, though occasional understaffing and delays are mentioned. Coffee quality is mixed, with many noting well-made cappuccinos and lattes while others view the coffee and desserts as overpriced or mediocre for the price. Cleanliness is variable, with some reviews describing dirty tables, crumbs and sticky floors. Wifi access is cited as a perk by some, but in others it is tied to ordering or not consistently reliable. The cafe is seen as a reliable place to work or relax, a bit expensive but with a diverse menu of beverages and light bites. Overall, Presse Café is considered a gem and a solid go-to spot, albeit with occasional service or cleanliness hiccups and price concerns.

It's a good study place, the cappuccino & smoothie with pineapple & kale was good.

I recently visited Presse Café at 1794 Av. Pierre-Péladeau in Laval to meet up with friends for tea. The café's spacious two-story layout provided ample seating, making it easy for our group to find a comfortable spot. Despite being busy, the noise level was reasonable, allowing for pleasant conversation.

The interior design is modern & inviting, with large windows that allow natural light to flood the space, creating a warm & welcoming atmosphere. The seating arrangements were varied, catering to both individuals seeking a quiet corner & gatherings of friends or colleagues.

The menu offers a diverse selection of beverages & light meals. I opted for a tea, which was served promptly & at the right temperature. The café is also a convenient spot for those looking to work or study.

However, I noticed that the garbage cans were noticeably full during our visit, which detracted from the otherwise clean environment. Additionally, while the staff was generally friendly, there seemed to be a slight understaffing issue, as tables were not cleared promptly.

In terms of accessibility, Presse Café is conveniently located in the Centropolis area of Laval, with ample parking available nearby. The café is wheelchair accessible, & the spacious layout ensures easy navigation for all patrons.

Overall, Presse Café provides a comfortable & inviting environment for gatherings, with its spacious interior, diverse menu offerings, & convenient amenities. Addressing minor cleanliness issues & improving service efficiency would enhance the experience further.
