Review Summary

Reviews describe Première Moisson as a bakery with a wide selection of croissants and pastries and a strong focus on bread, with desserts and the opera cake frequently praised for good presentation and flavor; coffee quality gets mixed feedback, ranging from ok to poor in some cases. The atmosphere is generally pleasant and well lit, particularly at the Saint Laurent location, but busy periods can be noisy and service may be slow during peak hours or feel unfriendly in some visits. Language gaps with staff are noted in a few reviews, while other customers commend polite, helpful and attentive service and clean, comfortable premises. Some comments flag high prices and say bread is the best value while other items feel overpriced; online ordering with pickup is appreciated. An extreme incident is mentioned where a customer shouted at staff, underscoring concerns for employee protection. In sum, Première Moisson is viewed as a reliable spot for a weekend coffee and pastry, especially for bread and desserts, with generally positive product quality but uneven service and pricing perceptions.

Première Moisson is a lovely bakery with a clean & inviting shop. They have a wide variety of delicious baked goods, & the service is friendly & attentive. There's a comfortable area to sit & enjoy time with family or friends, & plenty of parking makes it convenient. Overall, a very nice spot to visit.

With the closure of La Gascogne, Best pastry shop in the area, con same as for all high end shops is their prices. Inflation has caused quite an increase in prices.
