The selection at this location is always quite impressive compared to other bakeries in the area. I usually go for the almond croissants, & they never disappoint. The butter flavor is rich & the texture is exactly what you expect from a high quality place. While it can get a little crowded during the weekend rush, the service remains professional & quick. I appreciate how clean the store is kept even during their busiest hours of the day.
I stopped by here on my way to work this morning & was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sourdough. It has that perfect crusty exterior & a soft airy center that is hard to find these days. The staff was efficient even though there was a bit of a lineup, & everything felt very fresh. It is definitely going to become my regular spot for picking up a quick loaf or a morning pastry before heading to the office.
Honestly one of the better spots for a quick lunch in this neighborhood. I ordered one of their sandwiches on a baguette & the bread was incredibly fresh. It is nice to have a reliable place where the ingredients taste authentic & the staff is genuinely friendly. I have never had an issue with the service here, & I find the pricing to be quite fair for the quality they provide. I will certainly be returning next week for another treat.

The first thing that matters to me in any store is not only the quality of the products, but especially how the staff treat customers.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this bakery. A saleswoman behaved in a very rude & impolite way toward us simply because my mother was recording a short video. Her attitude was disrespectful & unprofessional, & it made us feel very uncomfortable.
Even if the bread & other products may be fresh or of good quality, customer service is far more important to me. Respect & proper treatment should always come first.
Because of this experience, I will not return to this store, even though it is very close to my home. I would rather go to another branch where customers are treated with courtesy & respect.
Première Moisson has a beautiful selection of artisanal breads, & I will say the quality of the baked goods is quite good. However, the overall experience leaves much to be desired.
The coffee is underwhelming-bland & not worth the price. While the bread is fresh & well-made, the pricing across the board feels high for what you actually get. There isn't much value when you consider portion sizes & quality relative to the cost.
It's also consistently busy & disorganized. The ordering system feels chaotic, with long lines, unclear direction, & a lack of flow that makes the experience stressful rather than enjoyable.
Overall, it has potential, but for now, it feels more like style over substance.
I was disappointed with my visit. The almond croissant lacked freshness & quality, & the cashier's unfriendly attitude made the experience unpleasant. I hope the service & quality improve in the future.
Middling bakery specializing in french baked goods. One thing's for sure, they do follow the typically French tradition of treating customers like DIRT. In France , the custom is that the customer needs the shop more than the other way around. Going there certainly made me feel that way. So in a way you are getting an authentic French experience, hahaha. Too bad the quality of their foods doesn't nearly match their rudeness.
