We found this boulangerie when visiting the Jean Talon market. What a pleasant surprise!! We bought a mix of pastries, jams, & cookies. After trying the petit fours, I was ready to go back & buy more. The strawberry rhubarb jam was phenomenal paired with a cheese plate. We plan on returning with each visit to Canada.
J'adore le pain & les sandwichs de cette boulangerie. Je viens ici depuis plus de 7 ans & j'adore cet endroit. Malheureusement, il y a quelques mois, un homme âgé & plutôt grossier m'a servi. La première fois, j'ai pensé qu'ils étaient très occupés & que c'était peut-être dû au stress de l'heure de pointe. La deuxième fois, il m'a dit qu'il ne me comprenait pas. Je lui ai alors dit que j'attendais quelqu'un d'autre pour être servi sans problème. Il a bien compris, car il m'a répondu que non, que c'était lui qui me servirait. Je l'ai encore laissé passer, mais c'était la troisième fois &, une fois de plus, il m'a mal traité. J'en ai même parlé à certains membres du personnel qui m'ont répondu : 'Oui, désolé, il est comme ça', ce qui n'est pas acceptable.
Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit de racisme ou de son âge, mais, malheureusement, à cause de lui, je ne reviendrai plus dans cette boulangerie.

I have struggled to find a place where coffee is freshly roasted .! Their espresso blend is amazing! Almond croissant 🥐 & seeds croissant 🥐 is so so so delicious 😋
