The serving area was incredibly clean. Not a speck. I enjoyed my meal. My only complaint was the sound. The extraction fan was pretty noisy.
I ordered a Rouge Bowl through Uber Eats, & when I received it, I noticed there wasn't even a full scoop of rice inside. I've ordered many bowls before, & this is the first time I've experienced this. I was really disappointed to spend my money on a bowl that barely had any rice at all. Definitely not the portion I'm used to or expected.

I love this place. Their chicken bowl is my biggest craving. Their portions, flavors definitely justify the prices. We eat poulet rouge pretty much every 2nd week.
Their staff is very well trained & they are fast.Shoutout to the tall guy with the glasses I think he's the manager. Umm he's the best. Once by mistake I ordered something else thn my usual(Oopsie). He replaced it with what I wanted.
Idk why there's negative comments. Because for me & all of my friends & coworkers this is the best place to eat on a random Tuesdays or Friday evenings. I've never heard anyone saying negative about this restaurant.

This place has gone downhill fast, maybe success has gone through the head. After ordering maybe 50 times since they opened, I am definitely not going there as often anymore. Today I ordered Vege bowl.& the guy screwed up my order saying I didn't order veggie.. but rice bowl....As a life long vegetarian who has been here so many times I know what I order. This wouldn't have matter, but he will literally argue with me 3 times instead of just accepting minor error on his part. Plus some of the staff was just annoyed seeing me there. Fortunately the girl cooking the order was nice & took care of it. I went for dine in but decided to take out after watching arrogant staff
Food was delicious, fresh ingredients & chicken was so juicy, flavorful & tender. Staff were excellent, smiling & fast! I've been to other poulet rouge locations but this one just hits differently ! I had to take another bowl to go! Definitely coming back for more!
We visited the restaurant on Friday at 10 PM, just an hour before closing, & had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly polite, & we were impressed by the generous portion sizes. A special shoutout to the girl who prepared the chicken-it was absolutely outstanding! This was, without a doubt, the best bowl I've ever had, & possibly the best meal of my life! Highly recommend this place!!
Ordered through Uber Halloween night, & was so happy with what we got! We've ordered before, but something about last night was just great. I always ask for extra pickles (paid) & they DELIVERED. So many pickles lol, it was perfect! Not to mention our bowls were SO stuffed (more than usual, which is crazy because they're already pretty full) that the caps were almost coming off. Just a great experience, we felt like they really wanted to make each order count. Couldn't let it slide without a great review, thanks a bunch for the awesome food!
