Poulet Rouge recueille des retours majoritairement positifs sur des bols de poulet frais et personnalisables, des portions généreuses, des saveurs audacieuses et un service rapide dans des espaces propres et accueillants. Lors des heures de pointe, certains clients signalent des files plus longues et des erreurs de commande ou un environnement bruyant, mais globalement la qualité et le bon rapport qualité prix donnent envie de revenir.
The food was fresh & tastey , & the service was wonderful. I loved how welcoming they were, & as they prepared our plate, I really appreciated how they asked if things were to my expectations. There were two other very thoughtful things that happened, but its their attention & care that makes me rate the atmosphere a 5 star.

Edit: Owner was genuinely good guy, apologize & owned up to the mistake. Also gave a free dessert with correct order. Bowl tastes good too!

I asked for Veggie bowl, they gave me chicken. I drove back from home after realizing they messed up, & upon reaching there they were already closed & asked me to come back next day. Didn't even offered any apology or atleast something to make for things, & on top of that the guy messes up taking order actually throwing tantrum. Now I have to go back again if I just want my order righ, didn't even offer refund.
I always order from there. Sadly, my experience on March 15 was HORRIBLE. In fact, 2 people were working & they weren't good at all. The portion was really really small & the chicken was raw
Honestly every time I order from this location, it never fails. 10/10 taste & always full to the brim. I've tried other locations but I'm so glad to be closest to this one !!
The meals come in a compostable bowl with a base of rice or lettuce & then you choose your choice of fresh vegetables & chicken & sauce. It's a tasty alternative for fast food.
The serving area was incredibly clean. Not a speck. I enjoyed my meal. My only complaint was the sound. The extraction fan was pretty noisy.
